Marluxia kept his eyes peeled for the very carriage he knew would behold miss Reinholde and her father, which would please him very much to see them both. While doing so he noticed what seemed to be the young girl from the marketplace attempting to get in, but noticed that his officers seemed to be causing some trouble. He approached them with collective composure, "excuse me...what is this young lady doing here?" He gave the girl a glance before his eyes meeting his officer's, he received the explanation and nodded in expectation of it. "I see...well I must say...you did..." he said before smacking the officer across the face with the back of his hand. "A poor job of being a gentleman..." he finished softly, not having lost his composure. "Forgive me miss...its sometimes hard to find good upstanding gentleman these days..." "This way..." he said gently taking her hand and getting her past all the security and inspections. After making it to a clear part of the ceremony he let her go, but gave a warning first, "if anyone gives you trouble miss...you have them come talk to me or come get me yourself understood?" he said giving her a soft smile and gently ruffled her hair. "Enjoy the ceremony..." He made his way to the spot, observing the men had already taken there spots in militia formation and had their guns raised high. On the trumpet's call he proceeded to slowly walk down the carpeted stone walkway laid out for him, each pair of riflemen creating a triangular form of respect a top his head. He finally made it to the end, bow in respect to Governor Swann before reaching for the wondrous sword beheld to him. He swift stood it upright examining the superb craftsmanship of the blade, evenly balanced and weightless in appearance. He swung it crossing and twirling, merely testing the bare minium capabilities of it before locking eyes with the governor again and bowing.
Ah ok...I wasn't sure exactly that you wanted me to do the whole ceremony...fair enough...I'll get to it now.
Marluxia sat quietly in thought over Xemnas's words, so basically they were playing a game of charades, or almost a game of cat and mouse. He had to admit while somewhat smart for the preservation of the Organization, there was just one problem that erupted in his mind, this wasn't Xemnas. What he meant by that is Xemnas was usually not one to take on the defensive side, unfornately another trait they unwantingly shared between the two. His eyes observed Xemnas's, looking for any chance of an answer for such a move, could it be Xemnas actually had a glint of fear as far as the power that could be shown from this other Organization. He himself had observed somewhat of the power, while slightly impressive, he did not believe that such measures were necessary against a group of jealous want to bes who desired a name and reputation that beheld itself in theirs. He grit his teeth at the thought of being unable to return to his castle, the part of his being that he felt uncomfortable and at total peace with in any and every aspect. Instead he would be forced once again to endure these fools, untrusting, annoying, stupid, and just plain bothersome to the existence.
Very...interesting...I am curious to see where this will lead...if I were Namine I would be very wary of getting too close to Xain... But on a...
True enough...I guess the law calls for the best not for perfection... Indeed...well I would imagine it will get him in good standings with...
Uh...depends what you mean as proper...as far as acting like having emotions kind of goes against the whole point of being a nobody...and I can't...
Its cool...figured I would find time to pop on here for just a while...honestly I think its a good change to have. I have been curious to see how...
Prince Caspian had managed to sneak away a few feet away from the camp, leaning against a tree admiring the growing morning. Once again it seems sleep would evade him, but after all this time it didn't seem to bother him too much anymore. He sighed closing his eyes, so they had apparently met some Narnians before coming into contact with him, no doubt this Narnian, Trufflehunter was it, had given all of his people a bad name.
Lol?...other than the fact college is slowly killing me piece by piece and bit by bit...I guess ok...and what about yourself?...
Na its fine...I have been rather behind on my posts lately...so...which threads?...
Prince Caspian had remained quiet the whole time, his eyes and lips still but his ears wide awake to what they were saying, "Narnians..." the thought echoed in his head. So that was the reason he had not heard of them, probably because they were somewhat in an area the Telmarines had not conquered over yet.
For sure...one of the first things I mentioned hanging out with my father is...half price chocolate after V-day...now that is a true holiday....
Marluxia rubbed his temples, his eyes closed in agitation and annoyance of the people around him, all except for Larxene who continued to sleep in her resting state. He remembered that Xemnas had supposedly called for a meeting, in which case if he wished to live a little longer he best must attend. He called forth a portal, stepping one foot inside he stopped casting about his hands in which action put a protective seal around his room, not allowing anything to enter but allowing Larxene to leave should she wake up before the meeting ended or was once again adjourned. He stepped through the portal entering into the throne room, taking notice that everyone except himself and Larxene were present. He shrugged slightly and lifted gently off his feet taking a comfortable sit into his throne, ignoring a majority of the stares and glares all except for Xemnas's with which he greeted with his own calm and blankly dull eyes. "Larxene is unfit to attend the meeting...therefore I shall relay everything said herein to her superior..."
Well glad to hear your Valentine's Day sufficed...mine did as well...honestly I think people just put too much on themselves about it...like its...
Marluxia prominently sat in his office, filing out orders for executions and troublesome fellows, in some ways it disgusted him to know that such filth happened to infiltrate the confines of Portal Royal. The thought never lasted long though when he realized all the good they had been able to accomplish when he became a captain in the armada. He was about to start on another one when one of his officers walked in, looking around his eyes fell on him before drawing down to his desk noticing all the papers and work being done. He shook his head letting a small smile cross his lips, "just because this ceremony is for me does not mean I will consider work second rate friend..." He ushered the man to be quiet, laughing slightly, "I know I know...I'm coming...lets get this thing over with so I may return to my work..." he said gently grabbing his tricorn and placing it on his head following the officer out the door. He looked around noticing it had seemed everyone but himself had arranged and set up everything to proper order for the ceremony. He turned to the officer, "have miss Reinholde and her father arrived yet?" he asked somewhat eagerly looking around for them, but stopped upon hearing that they had yet to arrive. "Very well then...have everything ready for the start when they arrive..."
Sounds good...have a meeting to go to but I'll try to post when I get back from it.
Fairly soon I would imagine...although that soon may not be tonight...have some stuff to do and depending on how long that lasts depends on if I...
True enough...makes sense music would calm him...seems he is finally having enough of most of the Organization.
Well I shall be coming to the meeting probably in my next post...maybe not Larxene...depends on her case for sure. Well...he has been...
OOC: Uh...they are in his room...therefore people shouldn't be just appearing in his room...at least not since he changed that...however I guess I will go along with it. BIC: In a split second Marluxia had grabbed Demyx by the back of his coat and flung him head forward against the wall of his room, not even sparing a second grabbing him at the neck and squeezing painfully with his blank look. "I don't know how you got in here...however I do remember telling your pathetic existence how much I hate the lack of respect for privacy being shown around here..." He tightened his grip on his neck even more, "do you really wish to test my power nocturne...or have you reached that such a low state known for only loathing in desperation and despair...that you no longer even value your state of being..." he said beginning to dig his fingers into his neck slowly. "I will let you hear it again...before I am forced to kill you the next time..." he said calmly and collected, "you will respect myself...and Larxene..." He cast open his door and threw Demyx out letting him smash against the opposing wall, "food for thought...if you really had the emotion of care you would have not done what you did...little do you realize what she has been through..." he said not facing him and stretching his fingers and wrist. "The last thing she wants is anything of that sort...especially from fools who think they have emotions..." He uttered a few words, "since I am unable to give anyone here trust...I have placed my own protection upon my room...if Xemnas has a problem with that...tell him to come see me..." he said slamming his door. Gritting his teeth he walked across his room, rubbing his temples, "immature little brat...I don't see why Xemnas hasn't finished him off himself..." he said quietly realizing Larxene was still present. "All I know is this so called Organization is testing my patience...and they have just about run out..."
