Ananta used Thunder Bell.!
Qamar's ears perked up after Nora and Torrin spoke like they had heard her last name before. Come to think of it, Torrin had never heard it before and neither had Boreas, so perhaps that was the missing key. Nora continued to talk of a captain of some company having searched for his long lost daughter. "Onyx Company? Captain? Where can I meet him?"she blurted out after Enzo's...theatrics. "Please, I need to see him...I..." she clenched her fists. It was then that Nora mentioned she was a commoner. Qamar shook her head and frowned. "I can't be a commoner....my other said she was part of the aristocracy...that's what she told me...." she whispered with a defeated look. Whether or not her mother truly was, was something she had to figure out for herself. Or perhaps they could help her once they had gotten to her father. He'd have a family crest from her mother's since, according to her mother, he had been chosen to marry her all those years ago. He'd have the family crest now, too. Even if her mother refused to keep her old name.
Ananta cast Aeroga on Castur.
Qamar wasn't all for petty squabbles between heirs to thrones and whatnot, so she kind of ignored Nora's jibes at Torrin. When he introduced her to them, Qamar crossed her arms and looked to Boreas. "Is this the same Nora you spoke about? Or am I mistaken?" she asked before shaking her head. Noticing the look she was given from Nora, Qamar rolled her eyes. "I am Qamar Zalam. I...kind of already am used to guards from...previous encounters." she scratched her head and sighed. "That's in the past, however, so no hard feelings towards anyone I hope."
Qamar fought off the Neoshadows as best as she could before she saw a keyblade flash by. She looked to see someone running off and cutting through heartless. To Qamar, she felt like she'd been doing a good job. Boreas even started to do his job and used his communicator to try and speak with them For a moment she looked at her communicator. "Avis...?" she tilted her head. When Torrin responded she had an epiphany and chuckled. "Okay then..." she ran forward, slicing through three Neosahdows. Before she could react further, the soldiers turned on them and drew their swords. Backing up to Eilonwy and Taran, Qamar looked around. She turned to see Lumen gettig defensive and heard Torrin tell them to surrender. "Fine." she sighed, sending her blade off. "I surrender."
Ananta rolled her eyes at Faust. "No, I understand where he's coming from. But you still have to be careful who you do such a thing on. It's not something that should be tossed around all willy nilly, ya know? But, since he's out here seeing other worlds, I don't blame you for doing it." she shrugged and looked around. She decided to back off the kid for a moment while the others decided what to do. Ananta spotted a familiar lone wolf and walked over to him. She knelt down and poked at him. "Steel, are you dead?" she asked, not sure what to think. "I mean, if you are, that's fine, but if you aren't you should really be getting up by now."
I'm not very good with thee things but we love you. ALso... hug and hands a blanket and cookie
Beat the game and am now working on side stuff. Will get treasures soon and already have the cooking game done. Sad to see the bonus recipes didn't affect it being completed.
Ananta nodded to Beuce. "Let's catch up later, hm?" she spoke, hearing voices and yelling. Riku ran off and a young boy was left behind, looking upset. Luna and Beuce were kneeling beside him and Ananta walked over, kneeling as well. She smiled at him and reached into her pocket. She pulled out a stick that seemed pretty sturdy. "I found this while in there....maybe you can use it as a weapon? We'll help you get Riku and your other friend. Kairi, right? And your name is Sora? Let's go save them together. Alright?"she offered.
Glad to hear they decided to just call him Master, Qamar followed along. He mentioned some family members who'd probably want to smack him, but she didn't bother to press further. It was then that an enormous fire broke out that she was given orders. Nodding, she stepped beside Lumen and had Eilonwy behind her. Qamar fended off the heartless, one by one, trying not to get overwhelmed. For a moment, she was fine, but the sheer strength of the heartless was overwhelming. Not wanting to show she was weak, Qamar grunted and shoved a Neoshadow off. "Foul beats...my heart may be of darness, but there is still a light deep down!" she shouted at the creatures. "Don't worry, Eilonwy, I'll protect you. Taran, keep her safe behind me!"
The way Enzo talked really got under Qamar's skin, but she kept quiet. Though the part about casualties of war piqued her interest, so she glanced to Enzo. "That's oddly specific..." she thought to herself as they walked to the town gate. They were immediately let inside, but were met with odd looks for Qamar and Enzo. Glancing back to Torrin, Qamar raised an eyebrow. He mentioned this being the noble district...she was a little confused, but nonethless, they seemed to fit in....with the reds and purples at least. "Honestly...I'd hate to see the other districts." she spoke quietly towards Torrin. "Ah, I just thought of something. Do we still call you by name or should we address you as something else? Perhaps just Master...? Odd question, I know, but it's a little necessary."
"Nice to meet you Riku." Ananta spoke. The boy exclaimed how he wasn't afraid of the darkness, but Ananta knew all too well what it was like being trapped in the Realm of Darkness. She looked around and suddenly felt the whole chamber collapse. They began to fall and each one of them landed, with Karina getting squished by Castur. Ananta was unable to move herself and she ended up flopping onto the ground next to Beuce. She groaned a moment and soon stood up. "Ugh...oh...who...oh!" she gasped. "Beuce! You're okay, I was...I was so worried since it'd been so long." she said, covering her mouth.
At least Karina didn't seem to want to talk about this further. For Ananta, that was a relief as she tried to push those awful feelings away, following behind Karina in the meantime. Castur and Karina seemed to be getting along pretty well, so she just listened to them. Ananta was happy Karina was back, honest, and she was happy she was confident with herself. Ananta heard an unfamiliar voice and Aux commented on going left. "A voice...could that be those missing children...?" she wondered. "Tough, huh?" she commented on what Aux said as they walked left. They were met with a silver haired by and Aux looked to Ananta. "My guess is as good as yours." she shrugged. Though it was odd that he had a keybblade. Karina gave harsh words to Riku and Ananta tutted. "He's just a kid, Karina, don't be so harsh." Ananta didn't even bother to summon her keyblade. At least Aux didn't immediately try to attack Riku. Ananta did a small clapping to herself to commend him...mentally. After the others said their piece, Ananta walked over to Riku held her hands towards him. Green healing light came from her hands and healed the boy of any injuries he may have. "Sorry they're so tough on you. But my comrades are right. Either you can stay here and stay lost, or you can come with us and we can ensure you're reunited with your friends. Ah, but first, my name is Ananta. You know Faust over there. The tough girl is Karina, the redhead is Aux, and the annoying one is Castur." she smiled. "What's your name?"
Qamar scratched her head when Torrin looked at her. "Hey, it was just a suggestion, never said it'd work." she spoke in her defense. Soon enough, he had made the portal and they were walking through it. On the other side, Qamar shivered on the other side and looked to Torrin and Boreas. Their eyes were glowing and she sighed. That meant hers would be giving off a glow as well and that kind of annoyed her. Walking along, she held her hands behind her back. Enzo was singing an odd song and she only half paid attention to the lyrics at first. Then she heard names and she started to listen more carefully. She heard her name and looked at Enzo with a frown. Oh great, his eyes were also glowing faintly. How lovely. He had finished his song by forgetting to remember Lumen's name. "Enzo, please, no singing. That's all I ask. Especially since you said some pretty choice words. You're lucky I haven't punched you yet..." she mumbled the last part. "Man, the last time I was here, I got attacked by heartless." she spoke idly. "Glad to see it's not...well, as bad so far."
Well that was to be expected. Ananta knew Karina would be quick to point that out and she already was prepared to respond. "No, I don't make any sense. I truly don't. Though honestly, I thought Aux and I were on friendlier terms and that is why it hurt to hear that from him." Ananta walked along, staring at the gross floor. "Can we just forget that happened?" What else was she supposed to do? No matter how hard Ananta tried, Karina never accepted her actions as anything but annoyances. What did she want? Did she want her to just stay quiet forever? Ananta wanted Karina to trust her, but how could she if Ananta was always just an annoyance.
Qamar smiled at Aria, but soon her smile faded away. "If I may make a suggestion, should we act more like soldiers behind Boreas? Perhaps as a way to blend in a keep attention off of Torrin." she suggested, looking to the group. Lumen mentioned how excited he was to go to Orphic Coast but she scratched her cheek. "This isn't a pleasure cruise. From what I remember, things weren't exactly happy before I left." She looked to Boreas and Torrin. "I'm ready, Torrin."
Ananta heard Karina and rubbed her neck. "I didn't think you were speaking to me. I was moreso upset at Aux, than anything." She gave a response, looking at their options. She looked back at the party and nodded. "I'm glad to see you're okay, Karina. Even if we departed on terrible circumstances. But, that is the past and, well..." She nodded to herself. "I know you're a strong person. I'm glad to see how far you've come." She ended at that, not really wanting to get all mushy for Karina's sake. Especially since she very well knew how Karina acted when talking about certain things. "If I may suggest, perhaps we ought to continue forward?" she spoke up.
It was so hype, I didn't even know my gamestop would have nearly 30 pople waiting on kh3
Ananta wasn't sure where they were going to go, but she did hear voices. "Who could that be?" she wondered, waiting to see who it was. First Aux appeared and...well clearly he wasn't at all happy to see her. That remark actually hurt a lot and Ananta stood there, rubbing her arm. Apparently none of what happened in their last world together meant anything seeing as he reacted so negatively. Ananta looked down and felt her face go red from getting so upset. And then Karina entered and real tears were coming down her face. She turned around and put her hands on her cheeks. She heard the remark from Karina and immediately knew she was in for a bad time. But what was she going to do? Run off on her own and risk getting hurt? That something she didn't want to happen, that's for sure. She wiped her tear and took a deep breath, trying to calm herself down. Turning back around, she noticed the others had already began to leave, so she followed behind them, staying quiet.
Qamar closed her eyes and nodded to Boreas. He was right, if she acted this way in front of his Majesty, she'd certainly never be able to leave. She ooked down at the ground and took in Boreas' words and gulped. His training had worked, she was sure of it. It was just, the way Illiana acted towards the other Masters and the way she treated everyone just never sat well with Qamar. Not wanting to bode on the topic or keep complaining, Qamar decided to change the subject. "Orphic Coast...it's been awhile, but I can't quite remember how dark it is there. Is it, like, super dark or am I just thinking of night time?" she asked with curiosity. "It seems odd to ask that, but I am just curious. She wondered how many others from that world would be able to handle their darkness. Would they just be able to see in the dark or the whole shebang? She wasn't sure, but she knew to at least expect heartless.
