As far as Samurai goes, watching Shinkenger on kissasian is the same thing because Samurai is a shortened, watered down Shinkenger. Dino Charge is definitely better. It's going in the right direction. Don't touch Megaforce or Super Megaforce, they're bad. Watch Gokaiger instead of Super Mega, and as far as Mega goes, Goseiger is okay at best.

IT IS SO GOOD. That is quality animation tbh. Dreamworks and Netflix did what Nicktoons couldn't with Voltron Force and that was pay homage to the original series while introducing fresh ideas.

Honestly the Cap thing is insulting to those who lost family in the holocaust. Forget the fact he's an American icon, he's the escape from the awful reality we had in the 1940's. I think downplaying all the awful stuff that happened back then just for the sake of a comic is pretty bad. It'll be undone, we all know it, but the article that @Hayabusa linked explains why it's so bad really well. How many people grew up as Holocaust survivors in the 1940's? How many of those people that have grandkids said "oh, they're picking on your for being Jewish at school? Let me show you someone who helped me in my time of need."? It's a huge middle finger to them. I'm not upset because it affects me personally. I'm upset because they're downplaying something so serious.
I'm not necessarily doing a fitness challenge but as I lack a car I walk to a lot of places and last night there was a dance so I dance at that and now I've tried sticking out my gut and lost a whole 6 inches off it and 5 lbs I'm really proud of myself bc I stand a little taller now too.
