You are now the Mage of Heart, recently resurrected from the crypt of Derse. Your name is Amber, and for the first time in your life, you feel truly alive.

You should read it! All of it! Trust me, it gets realy good. No spoilers, but... Damn.

DF: These latest chapters were really heavy. I mean... The main characters almost dying? And not some stupid "fall to darkness" but actual near-death? Damn. It really contrasts nicely with the humor and fanservice to made it a well-rounded story.

Please Sir, may I have some more?

Discussion in the story about the story is fine, as long as every post is on topic and related to the story. Plus he needs someone to post between chapters, so discussion means more chapters posted. Everybody wins! If the discussion gets too far off topic, we can move it to another thread or private messaging.

The chapter posted just now I believe is the worst he's gotten in this story in particular, but believe me, he can get worse. Take "Virtual Vellication" for example. I doubt he'll post it on this forum because of the nature of it. Also, I probably understand his mind better than anyone. I am his girlfriend, after all.

Aside from fanservice for the sake of fanservice, it's interesting to see tickling as a character development device. Kairi (and Namine) get tickled in all sorts of strange ways, and it's torture, but when Sora does it, she feels safe. It shows the trust she has for him.

Please continue, good sir. I do so wish to know what happens to our fair heroes.

Also, I still love the ending of "Replicas and Fanservice." I remember when you bounced that idea off me and I facepalmed. And then you went and used it anyway. So typical. :P

(Pst: On the topic of fanservice, I'll just say that you should be glad he's censored himself this much...)

From a discussion I'm having on Facebook:

Did Oswin erase all the data on all the time lords, or just the Doctor?

The reason why we were unsure of this is that the Daleks should have been freaking out at the sight of the TARDIS on board their ship. Even if they couldn't visually identify its Police Box shape, their sensors still should have screamed, "Hey, there's some time travel technology in here!"

Okay, so I came all the way back from my self-inflicted KHV exile just to say...

    That was epic.

You're completely missing what I'm saying here. In iTunes in the App Store, it specifically lists exactly what models that app is compatible with. It lists only the iPhone 4 and iPhone 4S; therefore it is not compatible with any model of iPod Touch.

I have the iPod Touch 4th Generation, which is the latest model. When I search the App Store directly from my device, it doesn't even show up.

I am aware of that. I was looking at the iPhone version, not the iPad version. There is no version for iPod Touch.

    According to iTunes...

    Oh well.

I keep getting mixed messages from different websites... Some say it's available on the iPod Touch, other say the Touch doesn't have enough RAM to support it. Can anyone confirm this?

A few months ago, I came back to KHV. I was bored and wanted to revisit some old memories. I was an active member again. It felt kind of nice for a time.

But then reality started to sink in. What was my goal here? To possibly become staff some day? Yeah, I'll admit, that's always been a goal of mine. Heh, I probably just ruined my future chances of ever getting there just by mentioning it out loud. But why did I want to be staff? Was it for the power? Probably not. The validation? Maybe a little. Was it perhaps because I love technology and helping people and believe I would do a kickass job? ... Most likely.

But I digress. I realized I had no idea why I still visited this website every day. Most of the friends I had on here before are long gone, save for one or two. I wasn't really making any new friends because most people already have their little groups and social structures and I felt like I was intruding upon their little universe. So for the past couple of months, I've felt really awkward and a bit out of place.

The main reason I'm deciding to leave now is that I start college in a few days, which is going to significantly affect the amount of time I can spend on the internet. So I'm going to stop coming here until I have a better reason to come back.

Can anyone here read/understand Japanese? I want to make sure this means what I want it to mean...

    旭コン

It's supposed to say "Asahi-Con" as in Asahi (sunrise) and con (convention). Will this work for my purposes, or will it seem offensive to actual Japanese people in some way?

    DO IT

But you'd have to run really fast to make it even more terrifying.

Three day con, you need real food, sir. You might be able to wing it the first day, but your body will hate you by Sunday night if you don't eat properly. I've actually witnessed someone pass out on the convention floor before because they didn't eat enough.

(Note that said "real food" can consist of a combination of ramen, pizza, and cheezbergerz. Protip: if your hotel room has a coffee maker, you can use it to boil water for a cup of noodles.)

Dude. 3-2-1 Rule. For every 24 hours of convention, you must have at least 3 hours of sleep, 2 meals, and one shower.

Dammit, why won't this man come to Fanime already? >_>

Anyways, do what I did. Make a spreadsheet schedule using Google Docs, fill it with things you absolutely MUST attend, then fill in some interesting things you might be interested in, while leaving adequate room for eating, sleeping, showering, and most importantly, shopping.
