Yeah, that's about my reaction to them too.

Nice thing is, once they get used to a person they accept much petting and hugging and playtime. :>

A hyperactive furball from the deserts of Africa. World's smallest fox and only fox to be considered able to be kept in captivity properly without domestication.

Finally, a video of Scout, who's one of the better kept Fennecs I've seen.
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UekrxczjScs

I've done a lot of research and I even have a plan to remodel a empty room to suit it's needs (like having a large sandbox since it's instinctual going to try to dig into couches and such instead if not given one)
I've found four top fennec-recomended cat food high in taurtine and protine, but low in grains. (my mom prefers this to feeding it bugs and mice, the other option. It's probably cheaper too...)
I've found a breeder I can get a captive born fennec kit from in Canada
I know that though they are in nature originally nocturnal, they have no problem with the sun (the actually like sunbathing) and can adapt quickly to the daily schedule of their masters.
I know they can dig 20feet in one night so if let outside to play, their area needs to be protected from them diggign under a fence.
They are known as great escape artists so make sure they are kept from getting over the fence too.
On top of that they prefer litter training, unlike a dog. They can be trained a few dog tricks and how to come to their own name.
They're basically a perfect mix of cat and dog~

I could go on for hours about these guys.

I didn't even do anything for my 16th, just a family dinner like every other birthday/other somewhat relevant holiday.
The most expensive thing I'll be getting any time soon (if ever) is a pet Fennec, and I don't even know how much that is. :I probably 5000 at very most depending on what the breeder decides. That's at the highest amount though... and I have to pay half of it at least.

...and I need to have our local government legalize them first.

Don't worry B, you're not going to be the only one. I have a feeling graduation is gonna be pretty empty to me to. I feel no draw to any sort of grad party they throw, my mom isn't gonna do anything (like my ****ing god, I never new how many people get presents just from finishing ONE GODDAMN YEAR of school, what's to celebrate? Horray you're not a ****up? Here's a present for doing what pretty much everyone else in your grade also did? I always needlessly throw gifts at my children because I don't know how to care for them to keep them from doing alight in school but failing at life?) Plus the thought of graduating isn't really that special. Okay sure, I'm done highschool, there's the rest of my life I have to worry about getting through, school was the easy part. I'll probably go to university anyway so even if I graduate from this, high school really don't mean **** all I can't get through university.

Pft, sorry, I got into a bit of a rant there.
...I just hate people so much so often.

Higher's the odd one out then, I don't have anything of vast importance to do this summer.

Besides maybe getting a pet Fennec or a cat.

Well I like to think of myself as a master at getting a lot said in a few words. Much unlike politicians.

That's nice; have any plans for trips?

Well Kiryu, if I had to find some things that are similar, I would say a mix of the song Adiemus and Akiko's works.

    A blend of these
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4OBrWYWurU0 (akiko)
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XtIuOvRck4Q (akiko)
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B7zJ0yVSSvE (Karl Jenkins)
But in English, and to it's own tune.
It's hard to describe really, you kinda just have to had been there to hear it. The imagery of it all was also quite helpful to bring out how awesome it was.

Also, I don't know anyone with musical skills I could ask to help me with.

Edit: Hurr durr go me, I missed B's post with the Drakengard song.
I actually know those two games and that song quite well, I thought of it at first but it's not it. Sort of close though, about as much as the other songs I just listed.

I don't have any real musical knowledge or composition skills. I don't have any form of instruments either, it would have to be completely acapella. I tired a snyth program before as well, that didn't go all that nicely.

If I base it off the same type of feeling Akiko Shikata creates then it may turn out well but... I consider her a god of music, so getting anything near that level of perfection form an armature would be borderline impossible.

I was sad because I can't seem to find the song.

If all else fails.. I may just resort to making it myself. :I
It won't be as good, but I can try.

I'm better at taking things apart than putting them back together. I'd be a terrible mechanic.

On a side note, I'm really depressed.

Has anyone heard this in a song before?

I had a dream where I was in a gold prairie field surrounded 3/4th by a large city, the other quarter was a large mountain. An amazing song came on and a dragon flew out of the mountain to destroy parts of the city.
...Problem is I don't know if it was a real song or not. It was sung by a girl, besides that I don't really know much.

"how many whispers" was apparently a lyric for the first part of that line, but I can't find any songs with those lyrics.

Also, the lead up to that part of the dream can be left out because it's incredibly stupid

;~; I really want to get this song, I hope it exists.

That's not really that weird though. Those people I mentioned get jobs to take up time, and I myself dislike summer break to a degree after the ai-kon 'holy **** I need to get stuff done for this' is over.

Actually I should probably work on some of that stuff....

Most people I know take a year off then get back into things; by then they either know or have some idea of what they want. Not always the best option to take a year off, it can be hard to try and get back into schooling, but it's not the worst possible idea. It can be a good or bad thing depending on the person.

Congratulations and happy birthday even though I'm late to say it.

Most people don't know at first, or change it several times before they're happy and actually know what they want to do with their life.

Yeah, I don't plan to when I go to university, and I don't usually make up stuff anyway... but this project is just no.
I'll have the pages up later; unfortunately I still have school to go to.

If she finds out I faked things then I'll probably be failed. The whole point was to take the time to put in real effort to find real information to put together a magazine that would be something worthy of publishing. Because I'm doing video games I have some wiggle room, but photography, travel, local info, Canada based, teen based, and really whatever the hell else people are doing their magazines on can't be full of nonsense.
but whatever, It's due tomorrow, I've clocked 30+ hours over yesterday and today when the magazine was already half done, and I'm STILL not finished it. I don't care if it's legitimate, jut as long as she doesn;'t know.

if I even explained half the hell I've been through to get this done you would think my teacher is a monster.

It's nto even finished though. Onl partly.
I have ads that say Eternal Sonata is coming out this fall, and article on how Ar Tonelico is a cult hit that's getting a sequel, that a game my gameteam is working on has nothing to do with me and they have their first game out, ZUN isn't a drunkard, Corruption Garden is a game that's coming out not a 4 minute vocaloid PV, that Avalon Code is a new game for the DS, and just a lot more.

The only legitimate thing so far is the interview I did with Vinny and the review itself of Avalon code. Chulip will have a real review but I dunno if anything else will, besides maybe FFXIII.

Not exactly the theme I meant.

The magazine is.. almsot done I guess. It's been a living hell trying to finish.
It's not even like what it was supposed to be at the start.

I'm really thankful my teacher isn't of the generation to be a gamer. I would be screwed with all the fake info I have it this thing.
