Those codes are 'jokered'. You can activate them by moving places while you press the shown button(s). 'Play as final form' doesn't have the buttons to go with it.

I've heard the game would freeze the moment you equip the same weapons for dual wielding characters.
The NTSC KH2 and the final mix version act as two completely different games in terms of coding. You can not use final mix codes on your NTSC KH2.
