Guys chill. LOL. Oh boy, your comments are making me hyper! Gah! Okay, because of my sudden hyperness, this is going to be an intense chapter. And I think the reason I'm so good at this (Or from what my friend who reviews all my stories says) I have a way of understanding Riku. It's like...I dunno. He's right here beside me, telling me what to type. I know, freaky! Chapter VII Riku's heart stopped for what seemed like hours. Emily looked at him. "Riku, don't do it! Please! I'm not worth it!" Ansem glared at her. "Be quiet girl," he snapped and thrity heartless surrounded them in a circle. "Well?" Emily stuggled in the bonds, trying to break free. "No! Don't let him control you! Everyone is control of their own destiny. Even those who are castaways from the light. You always have a choice!" Riku's eyes were fixed on the ground. Think, Riku. There's always another way out of these things. You just have to concentrate. You can't give up. Ansem may be powerful but he's cocky...that's it! He looked up, unable to believe he was going to try this. "Fine. Just let her go," he said, looking up at Emily. Ansem smiled. "An excellent choice." He snapped his fingers and the bonds around Emily disppeared. She fell to the ground and ran to Riku. "No! You can't do this!" She shouted at him. Riku gave her a brief smile that said 'I've got a plan.' She stopped and smiled at him, stepping beside him. Ansem walked towards them. "I hope you enjoyed her company because it's the last you'll ever have." He reached for Riku when the keyblader whipped his keyblade up, slashing it across Ansem's body. "No! This can't be possible!" Riku jumped high in the air, bringing it down again and the heartless disappeared in a cloud of black smoke. Riku turned around to face Emily. "See? No problem," he said confidently. Emily smiled. "I guess you're-" She stopped, her smile fadding. "Riku! Look out!" He whipped around, barely raising the keyblade when everything went black. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Will he be okay?" "...We're not sure. He seems to be fine but we can't be sure." "You can't be sure! What's wrong with him?" "Well...we aren't sure but some tests will tell us." "Tests? He's not an animal that you can experiment on." Riku regained his senses slowly. Hearing was first. Two people were talking to eachother. He was sure the angry one was Emily. The other, he didn't recognize. By the sounds of the conversation, it was either a teacher of some scientist. After Castle Oblivion, Riku had enough scientific experiments to last a life time. He was laying on a bed that wasn't very comfortable but right now, it didn't matter if he slept on rocks. He fluttered his eyes open, feeling weak. "Riku!" Emily startled, running to his side. He opened his eyes all the way and smiled up at her. Emily gave a slight gasp. "Um...Riku, do you feel any...different?" she asked, a little concern sliping into her voice. Riku gave her a confused look. "I don't know. A little different, now that you say it. What happenned?" It was true. It felt like his sight was darker than usual. And something else was different but he couldn't place it. Emily sighed and sat down and the foot of the bed. "Well, you turned around and that black cloud that was Ansem...sorta-" she stopped and picked up a mirror. "How about you just look for yourself," she said and held it up for him. Riku's heart skipped a couple beats. He looked the same except for one thing. His eyes. Instead of their usual aquamarine colour, they were now fiery orange. Emily lowered the mirror and threw her arms around him. "I still can't believe you did that. For me," she said starting to cry. Riku pulled her away. "Neither can I," he said with a slight chuckle. Over the past few days, it seemed like Emily was the only one who understood him. She somehow knew the troubles he had faced and respected him for it. A slight cough came form behind them and they both looked over. "Your Magesty!" Riku sat up straighter and Emily moved down to the opposite side of the bed. King Mickey stood there in an Organization XIII coat. "Welp, how are ya feeling, Riku?" he asked, walking over. Riku looked at the ground. "I...I don't know," he admitted. For one of the few times in his life, he felt unsure about himself. What was happenning to him? Mickey nodded. "It's okay. We have time to sort it all out. Anyway, the reason I'm here is because DiZ needs your help." Riku felt his anger rise. DiZ and his stupid choices and plans. What made him think that Riku would come when he called? He sighed, trying to calm down. "What does he want me to do?" "I'm not sure. He didn't tell me. He just said to find you and that only you would be able to do it." the King replied and opened the door. "I'll be outside," he added and left the room. A silence fell between them. "I guess I gotta go," Riku said, breaking it. Emily nodded. "Yeah. Be careful, okay?" He looked at her. "Careful? Now what fun would that be?" They both laughed. It felt good to break the tension. Riku got out of the bed and looked at Emily again. "I'll come back to visit." Emily nodded. "I hope so. I'll look forward to it," she said with a warm smile. "You might see me somewhere else too. You never know who you run into these days." The keyblader smiled at her. "I'll see you around," he finished and started to wlak out the door. "Riku, wait." Emily's voice called. She walked up to him and held out a black cloth. "Take this, to remember me." Riku nodded. "Thanks. I'm sure I'll find some use for it." Emily nodded and hugged him. He thought it was getting a little too emotional for him. After a few seconds, he pushed her back. "I have to go. The King's waiting." Emily nodded and he left the room, leaving Emily alone. Riku walked outside. "Ready to go?" Mickey said, looking up at him. He nodded and they walked outside together. There was nothing outside. "Um, your magesty? How are we going to get out of here?" Riku asked a little concerned. Mickey put his hands on his hips, thinking. "I'm not sure but hopefully something will come to mind soon." Something in Riku's head gave him the answer. He put out a hand and felt a strange power emit from himself. A black portal opened in front of him. Mickey went beside him. "Where'd you learn to do that?" he asked, looking at it. Riku looked at his hand. "I don't know but right now, that doesn't matter. Let's go," he said confidently and the King walked into the portal first. Riku turned around and looked up at the school. Emily was looking from a window. He gave her a wave and stepped out of the safety of the school and into the dangers of adventure... THE END
YAY!!! Awsome plot twist! *sings with RikuStalker* Riuk has a heartless! Riku has a heartless!!! Awsome chapter!!!
I'm glad you guys like the story so much! Anyway: next chapter! Chapter VI Riku looked at his greatest enemy with wide eyes. How was this happenning? "I-I thought I killed you," he stammered. Ansem laughed. "Oh, please. You think that a child could bring me down?" Emily was behind him, making muffled noises from the piece of cloth in her mouth. "I must say, you are all too predictable. Even someone your age would figure out to capture this girl and use her as bait." The heartless looked Riku in his eyes. "But you alrady knew that, didn't you? You knew that this was a trap and still you came. Is the light starting to penetrate your heart?" Ansem started to circle him while Riku made sure they were the same distance apart. "But the light is for the weak, isn't it?" Ansem caught Emily's confused look in his eye. "Ah, but your new beau doesn't know that does she? She doesn't know what her dear hero has done in his past. All the risks he's taken." He snapped his fingers and Emily appeared beside him, free of her bonds. "So, go ahead Riku. Tell her how you boldly saved your friends and rid the world of evil." Riku looked down at his keyblade, torn between his anger at Ansem and his friendship of Emily. Emily started to walk towards him, stoppping a few feet away from him. A silence fell for a minute. "I thought as muched. You can't bring yourself to tell the only one who ever admired you as a hero that you are the exact oppsite of what she thinks. Unfortuanately, I can." Emily whipped around, staring at Ansem with a mix of confusion and anger. "Well my dear, I am delighted to tell you that your little hero actually belongs to me." Emily turned back around, looking at Riku. The keyblader snapped his head up, glaring at Ansem. "Not anymore," he snapped. Ansem laughed again. "I wouldn't be so sure. But do not interupt me. The girl is starting to get interested." Riku looked at Emily who was staring at Riku with a different look in her eyes. Was it fear? "Yes, Riku was never a good boy. He cared for another girl but after a while, all he wanted was more power. So he opened his heart even more to the darkness, emersing himself in its power. He managed to subdue it for a time but it was futile. He welcomed it back and gained more strength, telling himself what he was doing was right but little did he know that my shadow will always linger over him." Emily looked at Riku who was gazing at the ground. She took a step back, a little afraid. The heartless laughed. "See, even now she has doupts about you. There is nothing for you, Riku. Nothing excpet for me that is." Riku looked up at Emily. "No, Riku. Please tell me he's lying. You wouldn't do that." Emily said, trying to sound positive. Ansem snapped his fingers again and Emily appeared behind him, chained by invisible bond that held her in place. "Make your choice, Riku. Either join me or your little friend here will be killed."
o.O Where'd Riku go!?! Nooooooo! He'll be back though, right? (Awsome chapter by the way!)
Sorry I've been gone for so long guys! Anyway, I'm updating all my stories so make sure to check in on Story of Light! Chapter V "Riku! C'mon Riku! Open the door! Please!" Emily was in front of Riku's bedroom door, banging as hard as she could. "I know you're in there! You have a piece of tape over the keyhole!" she shouted trying to peek inside. "Open the door! NOW!" she shouted extremely loud and his the door so hard that she punched right through it. Riku was laying on his bed, staring up at the cieling. He turned and looked at her. "What did you do?" he asked, wide eyed. Emily opened the door, turning it from the inside. "I-I didn't mean to," she said, trying to think of what to do. Riku rolled his eyes. "Forget it." He stood, walking past her and down the hallway. Closing the broken door, Emily ran after him. "Riku, wait! Why won't you talk to me?" "You know why," he replied, walking away from her. Emily kept trying to catch up, following him outside. "Well, no. Why didn't you tell me about this?" Riku stopped, looking at the ground. "I'm not the hero everyone here thinks I am, okay," he said and started to walk but Emily stepped in front of him. "What are you talking about? You wield the keyblade. Aren't you the keyblade bearer? Aren't you the one who battles the darkness?" The last word was what triggered it. All of Riku's anger from the day came exploding out of him. "No! I'm not! I'm not the big hero who comes swooping in, saving worlds! In fact, I'm the reason everything got destroyed in the first place!" Emily looked at him, confused. "What are you talking about?" she asked again. Riku sighed, relaxing. "Fine, I give up. You want to know the truth, well here it is. When my home got destroyed, I went to the darkness. There you go," he said and brushed past her. Emily groaned in frustration. "That doesn't explain anything!" she yelled at hi mand stormed off in the other direction. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Riku walked up to his room, the pale moon casting a faint glow on everything. He opened his now fixed door and collapsed onto his bed. What am I supposed to do? Should I tell Emily about Ansem? He threw a pillow at the wall in anger and a piece of paper floated down in front of him. Riku picked it, reading it through a couple times. We got your girl and if you want her back, bring your keyblade to the hill north of the school at midnight. Zeth. Riku rolled his eyes. What a moron. If he honestly thought he'd give up his keyblade for Emily...he was probably right. Riku glanced at the clock on the table. 11:50pm. He'd beter get going. Riku didn't even bother using the door. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ A Corridor to Darkness opened at the bottom of the hill. Riku stepped out, looking around. At the top of the hill was a small building a what looked like a battle ring. He walked up the hill, following a worn down path. Riku walked up to the ring. It didn't look like anyone was here. He climbed up to the ring, since it was a few feet up from the ground. The Way to the Dawn appeared in his hand, glinting in the moonlight. He looked to see Emily in front of him tied up and gaged. "So, decided to show up?" A tough voice called form behind him. Riku didn't even turn around. "What do you want?" Zeth laughed and laughs came from around him as the many members of his gang appeared around the ring, circling Riku. "You know what I want? I want the legendary weapon of the hero of the worlds." Riku smirked and turned aorund to face him. "Fine, you want? You can have it," he said and threw his keyblade at Zeth's feet. The gang leader picked it up, admiring it before it vanished, reappearing in Riku's hand. "Hey!" Zeth yelled as it disappeared. "That must be some kinda trick," he glared at Riku. Riku laughed. "Hardly. Only the chosen wielders can use the keyblade, idiot. You should have known that before you tried to take it." Zeth stepped forward. "So, hero boy. You're gonna take on all of us?" The members of his gang laughed with him. "I'm not sure who you're talking to but it's not me." Everyone including Emily shot him a confused look. "You heard me. I'm not a hero," he took a step towards Zeth who pulled out his sword as did all the other gang members. Riku's keyblade glowed black and transformed into Soul Eater. A black pillar shot up from the ground, encasing him for a second. It dwindled down to the ground and Riku stood in his Dark Form. Riku moved as a blur, hitting Zeth so hard as to send him flying across the ring. "In fact, you might say that I was the villain," he finished. the gang huddled behind their leader, wondering what to do. Zeth stood, whipping his mouth on his sleve. "I don't know what you are but there's no way I'm gonna lose to the likes of you," he said and raised his weapon. He started to run at Riku, his gang following with half-hearted determination. Riku smiled, glad to finally take out his anger from the past few days on something. He moved with inhuman speed, hitting the back of the group. Three went down. Two threw down their weapons and ran while the last five stood there shaking. Riku used Dark Aura, hitting the last five right in the middle and knocking them unconcious. He jumped into the air, landing a feet in front of Zeth. "You still think you're going to win?" Riku asked with confidence. "Actually, I am almost positive I will," Zeth replied but his voice wasn't his own anymore. Gone as the tough voice of a stupid gang leader. Riku took a step back, unable to belive it. "You seem to be doing better than when you last left me in Castle Oblivion." The voice was cold and unbelievable power coarsed through it, making the hairs on the back of Riku's neck stand on end. A black wall of fire bursted out of the ground, in front of Riku. He threw up his arms, shielding his eyes from the bright light. The fire died down to reveal a man with long silver hair. He had a white coat and the heartless symbol was worn across his chest. But most fearful of all were his eyes. they were fiery oraange and burned with a desire to kill. "You havn't changed at all Riku. Still relying on the darkness but denying me." By now Riku was at the edge of the ring. Emily was on the far side opposite him, her eyes wide in fear. There in front of him stood his nightmare. Ansem.
I can't wait for the next chapter!!! Hurry and post!!!
Awsome! This is the greatest!!! And um...that's all I can think of putting... You never cry during sad movies? I cried during a Walk to Remember. (That was a really sad movie :( ))
s'up y'all :p This is the most awsomenessness story ever! No one writes Riku stories (well apart from me and you and like two more people). Riku is just as good as Sora and his stupid little keyblade. Just kidding Sora fans. Anyway, keep writting. I can't wait to see what happens next! (P.S. Nice boss battle! Perfection at its finest ;) ))
KEEP WRITTING!!! GAH!!! IF YOU DON'T I'LL BEAT YOU WITH A BAG OF MARSHMELLOWS!!! Just kidding but yeah, keep writting because you'll keep getting better. That's how it is with a bunch of people (including myself). Like my first story sucked horribly. No one commented on it because it was so awful. (They told me on the site's shoutbox.) And now, well, I wouldn't say I'm great but I'm okay. (People tel me I'm good but I think they're just being nice... I'm watching you, 01_Kairi and of course the people who told me not to mention them because something bad would happen. I have no idea what that's about.) So yeah, if you don't kepp writting I will beat you with a bag of marshmellows. (Deja-vu?)
GAH! Stupid sister!!! Why do you ruin my stories!?! Anyway, I'll modify that after this next chapter. And thanks! To think I could put someone out of business...well that's a little shocking... Chapter IV: Lunch Emily gave him a smile and they started down to lunch. They walked through the doors and everyone looked at them, whispering to each other. They sat down at a table by themselves. Riku leaned voer and whispered to Emily. "Why is everyone looking at us?" Emily gave a giggle. "Well, actually and I know this is complete stupidity but people are saying that we're going out." Riku looked at her, open mouthed. "No way. That's stupid." Emily smiled at him. "That's what I just said," she added, raising an eyebrow. She looked past him and looked down at the table. Riku looked at her. "Well, if it isn't the new keyblade hero .The supposes legend amoung us," a tough voice said form behind Riku. He looekd around and saw a gang of guys with the leader up front. All of them were huge (and probably stupid). The leader was the biggest (and the dumbest). He wore a red shirt that had been ripped up with torn up pants. Riku supressed a chuckle and turned back around but the leader smashed away the table from in front og them, causing Emily to scream. "Hey girl. You shouldn't be hanging out with fakes like this guy. C'mon. We can get to know each other," the leader said, grabbing Emily from her seat. Riku stood up and the gang laughed. "Wha'cha gonna do, weakling? It's ten on one and not even the hero of the world's could beat those odds." Riku nodded. "You're right. You should have borught more men," he said, raising an eyebrow. Emilty gave him a pleading look, trying to tell him to stop taunting them. He gave her a smile back and looked at them. "What's wrong? You need ten more friends to take on one guy?" By this point, everyone was watching them. The leader stepped forward. "You think you can take on Zeth. the most powerful warrior in this school?" The leader was named Zeth. Or so Riku guessed. "I've beaten more people than you've ever met." Riku smiled, confidently. "And I've killed more monsters of the dark than you'll see in three lifetimes," he countered. Zeth glared at him. "Alright tough guy. I challenge you to a battle." "Any time, anyplace," Riku said, stepping up. Zeth laughed. "How about here and now?" He whipped out a sword and slashed it at Riku, sending him backwards and into emtpy tables. He stood up, whipped blood off his mouth. "Two can play dirty," he snapped at Zeth. The leader smiled, holding his blade. It was a deep red with black paterns on it. Not as fancy as Riku's keyblade but nice. Zeth laughed and so did his gang behind him. "You think you can take on a Dark? We are the servants of the darkness. We alone can control it and use its power." Riku summoned his keyblade and a few people of the gang took steps back. "Let's see it then. Amaze me with your so called power," he said, knowing that Zeth couldn't do anything. He had no true darkness inside him but fake servitude. Zeth hesitated. "Well, we cannot really use it. We just use its strength," he said, nervously. Riku shook his head. "So this is what we've been reduced to. People thinking that Darklings cannot use the power any more and we pretend that we have all this power." People whispered to each other, catching his words. Zeth faultered. "W-we? Y-you can't be-" "Can't be what? Someone of the dark? And why not?" Riuk was getting annoyed with these pretenders. Zeth stood straighter, convinced he was right. "Because, you're a Twilight. Only the Dark's can use the power." Riku sighed. "That's just some stupid house thing you guys do here. If you want proof-" he paused for a second and move with lightening speed, sending a black ball of fire at Zeth. It hit him, sending him flying into the air and crashing into the wall. He skid down and landed on the ground, still conscious. Zeth stood, throwing his sword on the ground. "N-no. You don't have that power. O-only one being in the universe has that power." Riku dismissed his keyblade. His eyes glinted orange, making everyone give a little gasp. "Ansem." He turned around and disappeared into a Corridor of Darkness.
Summary: Okay, I got a little lost with my Story of Light, Twilight and Darkness Trilogy so I'm starting a new story. Don't worry though. I will finish the story of light. So anyway, this takes place after Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. Riku and King Mickey have left Castle Oblivion and returned to Disney Castle. Now, the King has given Riku the assignment of going to school? Yes, school. The King decided that Riku should recieve a full education and as soon as Sora wakes up, he'll be joining Riku. At least that's what the King says but certain events come that prevent that and is the svhool more than what it appears to be? Chapter I: Getting to School Riku sighed and put his elbow on the egde of the window and his hand on his chin. This was so not a good day. "Do I have to?" he asked for the millionth time. The King who was at the front of the ship nodded. "Yup. We need everyone to be thinking when battling." "Well I'm thinking that I'd rather be battling," Riku muttered under his breath. "What was that?" Mickey asked turning around for a second. Riku shook his head innocently. "Nothing." They sped along the highway of the worlds. He was headed for school. Apparntly, the King cared as much about his education as his mother did when he was on Destiny Islands. "How am I supposed to fit in with all the other kids?" he complained, trying to get out of it. Mickey smiled. "You will. Your not that different from everyone else." Riku gave a fake laugh. "Yeah. After all, most people can control the powers of darkness, wield a legedary weapon and travel around with the King of all worlds." Mickey just smiled again and kept driving. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Gummi ship landed on the ground with a light thud. Riku jumepd out of the ship, landing slowly on the ground. The King waved form the ship as it took off into the air. He hoped he would see it within the day. Riku walked up to the school. It was a fair size with five floors. The school colour was a deep red and black so the school was made of red bricks. Overall, it looked like a pretty old school. Great. Just great. I get to go to school with a bunch of ordinary people. This'll be an adventure all on its own. Chapter II: First Period: Gym Riku walked inside, looking down at his schedule. He had gym first. Thank Kingdom Hearts! I have something that doesn't require me to think first. He walked into the gym and looked around. The gym walla where painted red and black, like the school colours and a huge mascot, a dragon was painted on the wall. He had to admit it looked pretty cool. He walked over to where the rest of the class stood. Being a public schoo, they didn't wear uniforms. Nobody was wearing gym uniforms either. They all looked pretty bored. Riku walked over and looked at his different classmates. Nobody was talking. They were all just looking around. A bang sounded form in front of them and a teacher slammed open the door. It was a guy who looked built. He was super muscular and had thick arms like a gorilla. Riku had to supress a chuckle because he kinda looked like one too. "Class," he said and everyone smiled, holding in laughter. The guys voice was a little...wimpy. At least for a body built like his. "Welcome to the Academy. I hope you all enjoy your years at The Academy for the Gifted." Riku picked up his words. Gifted? Mickey sent me to a mental institution. Oh no, he thought to himself before paying attention again. "First of all, you will be sorted into different groups accoring to your...abilites. I'd like you all to partener up and have a short battle with your partener. I will then tell you which group you will go in," he instructed and stepped to the side, leaving the class to pick their parteners. Riku just stood there, waiting and thinking. Battles? Abilities? Mickey didn't send me to a mental institution, he sent me to a place where people with powers train. Like I need training. "Hey, you wanna partner up?" a voice called to him. A girl walked over with blond hair and blue streaks through it. Riku sighed. "I don't want to hurt you," he said, trying to be nice. "Oh, don't be such a kill-joy. You won't," she said, grabbing his hand and pulling him to a spot on the floor. "My name's Emily, by the way." "Uh-Riku," he said, trying not to smile. He didn't want to hurt her. "Ready?" she asked and Riku gave a nod. Instantly, Emily charged at him, pulling out a staff out of nowhere and swinging it down at his legs. Riku jumped into the air, dodging it. "Whoa. You're pretty good," he commented, landing on the ground. Emily smiled. "And your really fast but can you fight as well as you impress girls?" she asked, getting into a fighting stance. Riku smiled back. "I guess you caught me," he said and stuck out his left hand. A flash of light blasted the room and his Way to the Dawn keyblade appeared in his hand. Everyone stopped fighting and stared at him. Even Emily stood up, clearly in shock. "Uh...what?" he asked, weakly. Emily walked up to him, throwing the staff to the ground. "I can't believe it. You...you're a keyblade master?" she asked in awe. Riku backed up and looked at his keyblade. "Well, yeah. If I wasn't could I use this?" he asked, holding it up for her. Emily nodded. "I guess so but you guys are like legendary. Your supposed to be the greatest heros of all time. So, what are you doing in a dump like this?" Riku put up his hands, defensively. "Hey, I didn't ask to ocme here. The King made me." Emily's eyes widenned. "The King? You kow King Mickey? The King Mickey?" Riku sighed. Maybe he should just stop talking. "Yeah. You know. We travelled together a bit," he said leaving out the realm of darkness. The teacher walked voer and wrote something on his clipboard. "Alright then. Emily, Riku, you two both belong to the House of Twilight," he said and walked to observe other groups. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ That night, Riku finally made it to his dormatory, dodging other questions from fellow Twilights. He had learned a lot that day. Apparantly, there were three groups of students. The ones of Light, Twilight and Darkness. Each had their own rooms and stuff like that. Emily had been telling him all about the school, while trying to ask questions about him. Finally, Emily gave up and they went to the common room to sit down away from people. "So, you really are a keyblade master," she said sitting in another chair, beside him. Riku sat down, tired. "Yes," he said for the tenth time. "And yes I've travelled with the King and battled Heartless. Any other questions?" Emily could tell he was getting irritated and stopped asking. "Nope but I can't wait until tomorrow to see what you can do. Good night," she added and walked to her room. Riku sighed agian and walked up to his own, falling asleep in his bed without even changing. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Chapter III: The Second Day of School Riku went to the Dining Hall where everyone ate and sat down beside Emily. "Well, the first ady could have gone better," he said, helping himself to toast. Emily laughed. "Well, at least you won't have to explain what you are anymore. Already, the entire school knows about you." Riku growled. "Just what I need. More publicity," he joked and Emily gave a chuckle. "What have we got first?" he asked since Emily was in all his classes. Emily checked her paper in her pocket. "Let's see...we have History with the Light's and then Combat Practise with the Dark's," she said and put it away. Riku sighed. "Perfect. I hope by the end of the day, I'm dead." Emily laughed again. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Defensive and Offensive Magic Class... Riku's head dropped down and Emily gave him a nudge. The teacher spoke in a monotone which made history even more boring. The teacher just seemed to drone on like a robot. It was mindless work. "I'm glad that's over," Riku said after class. Emily chuckled. "Oh please. That was pretty intersting. He told us a lot about the history of the worlds." Riku smiled at her. "Yeah, except I already know all of it." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I'm glad someone caught that! I went to the bathroom for a second and my sister changes that word! I didn't realize until I pressed post so that kinda sucked. And yeah, I was a little sad that Sora was gone but you know, he had his time. Now it's time for a new generation. Well, I'm starting another story since I desperately need ideas for this one. My new story is kinda funny in a way. Check it out if you guys have time.
Here's my entry for story of the week! Chapter 1 Destiny Island-Island Riku sighed, looking up at the sky. He laid on one of the paupu tree branches, wondering what the others were doing. Sora was more than likely with Kairi, 'taking a walk.' They had been seeing a lot of each other lately. Eager footsteps sounded from behind him and Sora jumped over the tree, leaning on the other side. "Hey, Riku. What're you doing out here? Kairi and I were worried that you didn't want to talk to us." Riku turned his head away from Sora's gaze. Sora looked at him, "You miss it, don't you?" the keyblade master said, concerned. Riku nodded. "How can you not? I wanted to come home so badly, and now all I want to do is leave again. I miss everything we did, Sora. I miss travelling from world to world; battling bad guys; all that stuff. I even miss thwarting Nobody and Heartless plans. I miss the adventure." Sora sighed and looked out to the distance. "Yeah. So do I. Battling with the keyblade; Donald and Goofy; and especially..." He stopped there. Riku sat up and looked down, smiling. "Rescuing Kairi?" he finished and laughed. "I don't mind Sora. Kairi and I...it wouldn't work." Sora looked up. "Then...I guess I can tell you. Riku, Kairi and I are...well...we're kinda going out. Well we are going out." Riku caught his breath. "Really?" he said, unsure of what to say. Sora sighed. "Y-yeah. Well, I'd better get going. See ya later Riku," he finished and ran off. Riku jumped down from the tree. Well, that was...interesting. I should be happy for them. Sora and Kairi are made for each other. After all, their Nobodies like each other too. I just wish some adventure or excitment would come my way. That night: Riku's room Riku tossed and turned as flashes of his past filled his dreams. Flashes of how he and Sora closed the door to Kingdom Hearts and how he, Riku, transformed into Ansem. He jumped awake, breathing hard. Riku fell back down, rubbing his head. He looked out the window and saw it was still dark. He got up and grabbed his clothes, changing quickly. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Chapter 2 Destiny Island-Island Riku walked out to the shore and looked to the distance, where the moon was in the middle of the sky. "I wish something would happen!" he shouted angrily, kicking sand into the air. "Really? I suppose you didn't expect someone to answer, did you?" a female voice came. It was very teasing, like insulting was a past time. Riku did a 360 turn. "Show yourself, coward." "Now is that any way to treat old friends?" And a Corridor to Darkness appeared. A person stepped out, wearing the traditional Organization XIII uniform. She, for it was a female, lowered her hood, revealing bright blond hair that was a little long. She smiled, her green eyes, piercing the darkness. Riku took a step back. "Larxene? Your alive?" Larxene laughed coldly. "Of course. How can one that doesn't exist die in the first place?" she said and took a couple steps towards him. Riku stood firm. "What do you want?" he said and the Way to Dawn appeared in his hand. Larxene shook a finger at him. "Now that isn't nice, little Riku. You asked a question, so I'm coming to give you an answer." Riku lowered his weapon. "What are you talking about?" he demanded. "You asked to be taken away from this island, so that's what I'm going to do," she replied and a Corridor to Darkness appeared behind Riku. He gave a quick glance backwards. "Yeah, right. Probably leading to some twisted world," he said, raising his keyblade again. Larxene put up her hands defensively. "Hey, I'm just following orders," she said and took a step. Before Riku could realize what was happening, the Savage Nymph hit him it the back. His keyblade slipped from his fingers, hitting the ground and he was unconscious before he even hit the ground. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The Castle That Never Was-The World That Never Was "Incredible. Simply incredible." "Xemnas will be very pleased. His abilities are astounding." "It's a good thing that he told us to scan in more detail or we never would have found all this power." "I know. If we hadn't modified his abilities earlier today, he'd be able to kill us." Riku's eyes fluttered open, weakness over-taking him. "W-what...w-where am I?" he said weakly. Two people in black robes turned to face him. One had dirty blond hair and was a male. His hair fell down to the middle of his waist and he wore a firm expression. The other male had blue-black hair that fell in front of his face. He stood in a position like he was thinking. Riku also knew them both by name. Zexion was the first to speak. "He is awake." Way to keep it simple. Vexen nodded and turned to face a computer he had been typing on. "Yes, and all vital signs are functioning normally. It's like nothing happened..." his voice trailed off. Riku took this time to look around. His wrists and ankles were chained with black glowing chains. The room they were in was pure white but with a couple Nobody symbols here and there. Zexion walked around Riku, examining his body. "Nothing seems different from when we last met," he said finishing in front of him. Riku's eyes narrowed. "If you forgot, I defeated you last time," he spat angrily. "With much luck and with the help of the darkness," a deep voice sounded. Zexion back off and stood beside Vexen. A corridor of darkness appeared in front of Riku and a hooded man walked into the room. Zexion and Vexen bowed. "Superior," they murmured quietly. The man did not acknowledge their presence but focused on Riku. "You are...different. You reek of the realm of light and your true power is hidden behind a mask of your actual self." Riku glared at him. "Look who's talking. Stop hiding behind that hood and come out, Xehanort," he said angrily. The man lowered his hood, and Xemnas stood, orange eyes flashing. "I would talk nice to me, Wielder of Twilight." Riku glared angrily. "You don't have any power over me. I can easily destroy you like last time." Xemnas laughed. "I think you'll find that the tables have changed," he said and raised a hand. Riku's body went tense. "Wha- why can't I move?" he said attempting to move. Xemnas lowered his hand and Riku was able to gain control. "I think you'll find I am very in control." He turned to Vexen and Zexion. "Take him to my quarters and no one is to disturb us unless I say," he said and disappeared. They nodded and Riku felt a surge of pain run through his body. And than it was black... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Chapter 3 The World That Never Was: Xemnas' Room Riku's eyes opened slowly and he stood up, looking around. He was in another white room that had nothing but a small desk at the end. A corridor to darkness appeared and Xemnas appeared. "Confused? Let me open your eyes," he said and walked to his desk, standing in front of it. "You probably wonder how I can control your body," Riku nodded. "Well, I won't tell you. It is for me to know and for you not to know." Riku growled in anger. A black aura surrounded him. He calmed down. "What have you done to me?" he said looking at himself. Xemnas chuckled. "Nothing, yet." The Nobody pulled out one of his laser swords and hit Riku in the stomach, sending him to his knees. "It's time you realized who you really are," Xemnas said raising a hand over Riku's lifeless body. He could only watch until he slipped into unconsciousness. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Riku woke with a start. "What a weird...dream?" he said and looked around the room he was in. He was laying in a bed that was pure white, in an Organization XII uniform. The room was white also with nothing more in it. Riku stood up, rubbing his head. "I must be still dreaming," he said to himself and took a step to the door. A mirror caught his eye to his left and Riku stopped. He went to the mirror, unable to believe what he was seeing. "What did Xemnas do?" he said looking at himself. His eyes had changed from sea blue to almost a deep purple. His hair looked a little spikier and had black steaks running through it. Riku looked in the mirror, unable to accept what was happening. A Corridor to Darkness appeared behind him and Riku whipped around, already knowing who it was. "W-what have you done to me?" he stammered. Xemnas chuckled coldly. "I have done nothing. I only opened up what was hidden deep in your heart," he said simply. "A nice change though, to be sure." Riku's eyes narrowed, anger flowing through him. "Well I don't like it! Change me back to normal!" He shouted and stepped back. Dark flames rose out of the ground, almost triggered be his anger. Xemnas looked around, analyzing the situation. "Interesting. I wondered when your abilities would appear." Riku calmed himself down. "Abilities? What are you talking about? What have you done to me?" The Nobody leader shook his head. "You really are as clueless as when you began. I have given you an amazing gift and all you do not even thank me." Riku gave him a look. "Not that I even care. No, this 'gift' of yours will be the very thing that will finally open Kingdom Hearts to me," he finished and disappeared into a Corridor of Darkness. Riku swore and flames rose out of the ground again. I have to keep calm and think. There must be some way of contacting Sora. Telling him what's going on might help but it doesn't seem like Xemnas will just let me do that. I'll have to bide my time and see what happens. Footsteps sounded behind him and Zexion walked into the room. "If you’re done destroying the place, come with me. I have something that I'm positive you'll like," he said and walked off. Riku looked at the door. "Something I'll like? There's only one things I'll like..." he stopped realizing what Zexion must have meant and ran after him.
I have to say guys, you guys are the best! I mean that from deep in my heart. I never thought anyone would read my story and actually get tolod by a secret group member *wink wink* that my story was good. I sure you've read plenty of Kingdom Hearts stories so you know what's good and what isn't and so fa, I haven't heard anything bad about my story which I think is incredible! I'm very busy doing homework so I unfortuanately can't put up the next topic but I'll put it up tomorrow.
Someone is very smart! Actually, this is hidden in the Kingdom Hearts series but there are clues that can help. Riku isn't afraid of the unknown but he is afraid of death. Like the first Kingdom Hearts, Riku wasn't afraid to give up everything just so he could leave the islands. But in Kingdom Hearts 2, he realizes the importance of his friends. Anyway, here's the next chapter! Chapter V: Leaving for the Fourth Time After three days of training, Riku gave Thay a day off for him to enjoy. He walked along the beach of the islands, a little glad to be home. Still, he wished that he could leave and help the King save the universe. Again. He stopped and gazed out to the horizon, watching the sun rise up above the water. Everything seemed so peaceful. Something brushed against his foot and he looked down. It was a bottle with a letter in it. Riku picked it up and stared down at it. It had the King's seal. He pooped it open and unrolled the paper. Riku, I ohpe this reaches ya, pal. We got big trouble. The rest of the Organization has been attacking many worlds, gathering up tonnes of Nobodies and heartless. They aren't doing it for fun either. They're gathering an army. We need you and Thay to hurry up and get here as soon as possible. King Mickey Riku dropped the paper. An army? They could barely keep the heartless and the Nobodies under control now but an army would devestate them It would be all over. A minute later, Riku was outside Sora's door. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Riku banged on the door. "Thay!" The door creacked open and Thay peeked out of it. "Thay, we're leaving," he said quickly. Thay opened it all the way. "Leaving? You mean-" "Yes! We're going to Hollow Bastion to help," Riku finished for him. "Meet me on the shore in half an hour. You won't need anything but your keyblade," he said and took off down to the beach. Thay couldn't speak. He had been so excited to leave and explore other worlds but now it gave him a sick feeling. He sighed and closed the door. "Thay? Are you okay?" Kairi's voice came. Thay walked into the room where his mom and dad were sitting in. He gave a slight nod and sat down, unable to speak. Sora sighed. "You're leaving. Don't worry. You'll have a good time. Well, maybe you won't but you'll come home safe," he said and walked over to Thay. He took off the crown necklace he always wore and put it aorund Thay's own nock. "Here. You keep it. Be safe, okay?" Thay looked up and gave a weak smile, his eyes watering. Kairi came over and hugged him. "You'll come home. I know you will." Thay nodded and Kairi stood up. "You better get going," Sora added and Thay stood up, confidently and walked oout the door giving one last glance at his childhood home. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Riku paced the beach, thinking. If they went to Hollow Bastion and fought, they would probably die. If they stayed, then the worlds would be overrun and they would still die. Still, better to die fighting. Thay came up from behind him. "I'm ready," he said confidently. Riku smiled and opened up a Corridor of Darkness. "Let's hope so."
Sorry about that! Anyway, here's another chapter. Chapter IV: Fear Riku watched as Thay attempted the exercises Riku assigned to him. It was more a test to see how well Thay could fight and what his weaknesses were. It was boring work since Riku didn't actually test him hard. Thay managed to do well on all the tests except when Riku asked him to go into the cave which he and Sora played in as children. Thay was a little scared to go in but was fine once Riku showed him the inside. Three hours later, Riku was sitting on a branch o f the paupu tree, thinking about what to do. Thay came up from behind him and leaned against the tree. " They didn't say anything for aorund five minutes. "You are afraid," Riku said finally. Thay looked up. "Afriad? Of what? I'm not scared of anything!" he said confidently. He took a step back and smiled, proudly. "I can take anything you've got to throw at me," he taunted. Riku laughed. "Oh, really? Do you think it's a good idea to tell me that?" he asked with a sly smile. Thay held his stance hard. "Alright," Riku jumped down from the branch. "Let's see how brave you are." Black flames sprouted out of the ground. Thay took a step back and the kingdom key appeared in his hand. His whole vision went pitch black and he couldn't see a thing. "W-what's going on?" he shouted to no one, clearly scared. He couldn't see Riku but he heard him. "Everyone has a fear of something. Your fear is the unknown," the darkness started to disppear at his words and the flames vanished. Thay was almost shaking. "How did you do that?" Riku sighed and sat down on the branch again. "It isn't hard but what we need to focus on is you right now. With you scared of the very thing you will fight, it doens't help matters." Thay straightened. "What can I do?" Riku chuckled at his words. "Do you really want to know? Alright then. Let's begin."
Chapter III: Story Time Thay looked up at him. "Riku," he said as though trying it out. "This...this is a keyblade?" Riku nodded and started to walk along the beach, Thay following him. "Yeah. A while back, your dad was a hero who saved many worlds." Thay was in shock. "Really? My dad? Who are you anyway?" he asked, backing up. "And what's up with worlds, as in plural? Are there more than one? And how come your the keyblader of darkness? And why hasn't my dad told me any of this?" he asked, quickly. Riku sighed. "About that...Well your dad didn't tell you because he didn't want you to make the same mistake I did. Yes there are more than worlds than this one, you'll see them soon enough. And I'm the keyblader of darkness because I gave into the darkness." Thay was a little speachless. "Right... I still don't get it. What mistake did you make?" Riku didn't say anything. He sighed again. "Let's put it this way kid. If some guy ever offers you infinate power, say no, alright?" Thay nodded weakly. "So...uh...do I get to see the worlds?" Riku nodded. "Soon enough. I have to train you first," he said and black lights swirled around and met at Riku's hand. A blade that was black, red and purple appeared in his hand. It looked like it had a wing at the end of it. Thay looked at it with wide eyes. "Whoa! How come yours is so good?" Riku chuckled. "I've given up alot to get this blade. More than you can imagine." And that ended the conversation. Thay looked up at him. "So, when you said training, what did you mean?" he asked, a little nervous. Riku shrugged, smiling. "A little of this a little of that," he said and grinned down at him. Thay gulped a little scared.
Thank you for the help! I love people who do that, instead of saying, good job they actually tell you what you can do better. Many thanks! :D Anyway, this chapter is going to be a little...different then my last ones. And the thing about the garbage...well...I was told that the story was a little thick and I admit it was completely off topic. I looked over it and realized that it wasn't very good and I could do better so I stopped it there. As for the detail, well I wanted to keep chapter one down to around a thousand words. Chapter II: The New Keyblade Hero Thay jumped off his boat, looking around. His father had told him to come for some wierd reason. He didn't explain why he just told him to go. Thay walked down to the beach and felt the wind blow in his face gently. It was peaceful...the sun setting...the waves barely grazing the shore. "So, your the son of my best friends?" a voice came from behind him and Thay whipped around. A man stood there, around the age of nineteen. He had sivoer-blue hair with black streaks in it and piercing violet eyes. He wore a black shirt with a yellow and white vest over top that was torn at the shoudlers. He also wore blue pants that looked worn from many battles. "W-who are you?" Thay stammered taking a step back. The man shook his head. "Fear. To be expected. Anyway, your mom and dad have sent me to well...ask for your help." Thay almost laughed. "Me? For help?" "Well, actaully, I need your help. Anyway, you would have found out even if I told you. After all, your dad was one of the greatest." Thay was very lost. "My dad? The greatest at what?" The man gave a chuckle. "To think, his own son doesn't even know," he said and a bright flash of light blinded Thay for a second. He looked up and the man was holding what looked like a key. It was huge though! The blade, if that's what it was, was a sivler colour and the hilt was yellow. The end of it looked like it had a crown on it but Thay wasn't sure. "Here, catch," the man said and threw it to him. Thay cuaght it and gripped onto the handle. The sword felt like it was made for him and a strange power seemed to emmit from it. A word rang in Thay's head. "Keyblade," he muttered to himself. The man walked over. "I'm glad we've got that straightened out. By the way, the name's Riku, keyblader of darkness and your dad's best friend." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sorry for the short chapter but I have relatives over so I have to go.
Well, since I tried doing the one were they went to Spira and that went horrible, this will be the actual story so nobody read my previous garbage. This is for 01_Kairi who has been following my story since I started writting it and for my little sis who is always my biggest fan! Chapter 1: Surprises Riku remembered the King telling them that time between world's isn't relative. No kidding, Riku thought as he walked along the beach on his home of Destiny Islands. He looked out at the sun setting, recalling the previous couple days. When he left Sora and Kairi, Riku had no idea what he was going to do. After travelling a bit and defeating countless heartless, he ran into King Mickey. The King had asked him to join a group he was started that dedicated itself to fighting heartless. Riku signed up without hesitation. So, he started to travel around, seeing many worlds and fighting heartless. Slowly, the creatures of darkness started to thin out but they always seemed to come back somewhere else. Time was running out to solve the problem. Then, Riku went to Disney Castle to find that King Mickey was missing. No one knew where he was. It was complete chaos. So, he decided to ask help from a very good friend. Riku went to Destiny Island but what he fround wasn't good. Riku stepped out of the Corridor to Darkness which he travelled through and gazed around his home world. It looked the same as when he left. He walked down the path to Sora's house, keeping his violet eyes peeled for any signs of trouble. It had only been a year, as far as he knew, and Riku hadn't changed much. His silver hair still had black streaks in it and all that really changed was that he was bout two inches taller. However, he soon found out that his best friend had changed alot. Riku continued to walk and turned to Sora's house. Instantly, a boy, around 12 ran out of the house. Riku raised an eyebrow. It wasn't Felix, his half-brother but the kid looked familiar. He had spikey hair that was brown-red in colour. It sorta looked like...but it couldn't be. Riku walked up to the door when something caught his senses. It was a heartless and it was a little tough. Probably around five of them. Sora won't mind if I bust his door down to save him, he thought with a smile. He kicked the door and it flew open, while his keyblade appeared in his hand. Riku ran into the kitchen, slashing two heartless. He didn't even notice the other two people and ran into the living room, killing the last three with precise accuracy. "You haven't lost your touch," a voice came from behind him. Riku turned around and nearly dropped his keyblade. "And you haven't gotten any different either, eh?" Riku's eyes widenned. "Okay, what happenned? I haven't been gone that long," he said more to himself. It was like looking at an older Sora and Kairi. Kairi had long red hair that almost came to her waist and was almost as tall as Riku but Sora was a little more different. His spikey hair has deflated a bit so that it didn't look like it was everywhere and he was taller than Riku now. Kairi ran over and gave him a hug but Riku was still in shock. He pushed her back after a few seconds still staring at them. "Um...yeah. I must be dreaming. All this battling is going to my head," he said with a chuckle. Kairi smiled at him. "No, I figured it out. See, you've probably been travelling to so many world's that time between them is having little affect on you while here...well...it's been around fifteen years." Now Riku really did drop his keyblade. It fell to the floor with a clang. "F-fifteen years? N-no way," he stuttered, shaking his head. Sora nodded, leaning on the table. "Yeah, that's what we're thinking and here's you who's only one year older," he said and laughed. Riku smiled weakly. "W-well...what's happenned?" he asked and the keyblade at his feet disappeared. Sora sat down in a chair and Kairi sat beside him. "Well, Kairi and I are married now." Riku only nodded, unable to speak. "And we have a son. You might have saw him running outside. We both finished school, and right now...well... I have a job but Kairi is staying home to look after our son." Riku sighed, unable to take it all in. "Well, you've been busy," he said sarcasticly. "All I've done if fight heartless which hasn't been going well. Oh yeah," he said remembering why he came in the first place. "I need your help. The King is missing and without his we're done for," he said, jumping up. Sora and Kairi looked at each other. "You'd better tell him," Kairi muttered to Sora. Riku heard it easily. "Tell me what?" he asked, knowing whatever it was, it was bad news. Sora sighed. "Riku, thing have changes alot for us. I can't help you save the King. Let's just put it that way," he said and started to walk away. Riuk sent a blaze of fire blocking Sora in. "Sora, what are you talking-" he stopped sudennly. That was why Sora wasn't fighting the heartless and why he really wasn't happy to see Riku. Riku's keyblade came to his hands and he looked at it. "You...you can't use the keyblade anymore," he said, throat dry. Sora nodded. "Yeah. It happenned a couple years after we came back home. Heartless came to the island and Kairi and I tried to fight them but..." "But the keyblade wouldn't come to you," Riku finished for him and the flames around them disappeared and his keyblade vanished. "What are we going to do now?" he asked, confused. Sora smiled. "Well, I may not be able to use the keyblade, anymore but we hoped that this thing would be sorta...blood related," he said and Riku smiled too. "So you think your son will be able to," Riku said, trying not to sound too happy. Sora nodded. "Yeah. but I really don't want to tell Thay about this." Riku almost laughed. "Thay?" he started but Kairi shot him a look and he ended it there. "I've got an idea. Just send him out to the island tonight and I'll deal with him there," he said and vanished in a corridor. "You better be gentle with him Riku!" Kairi shouted and they could hear Riku laugh as he left. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Well that is much better than the garbage other story!!!
((Bum bum bum! Will Riku give into the darkness? Where are Sora and Kairi? Did the egg come before the chicken? Let's find out...but maybe not about the egg and the chicken.)) Chapter 4: Truth Riku looked down at his hands, checking to see if they were his own and not Ansem's. He ran to the mirror and sighed in relief. He was still himself. A little paraniod, aren't we? A cold voice rang thorugh his mind. Riku whipped around, loking for who said it but no one was there. Searching for me? You don't need to look far, the voice commented. Riku's eyes widenned in fear. Ansem! What do you want with me? Ansem laughed, sending chills up Riku's spine. I would have thought that would be obvious. Maybe you are not as intellegent as I give you credit for. Riku shook his head. I won't give into you again. Never again. I don't care if I die. But do you care if your little friends die? Riku's heart skipped a beat. Ah, yes. The cruel functions of the heart. You despise me but your feelings towards your friends, as you call them, will over come that. It is inevitable, Riku. Riku couldn't help but ponder Ansem's words as he left his room to where the others were eating breakfast. Yuna gave him a warm smile and he tried to smile back but nothing happenned. The others all nodded in his directions before continueing to eat. There was a long pause as Riiku sat down as though everyone wanted to ask him the same thing but no one wanted to say it outloud. Tidus put down his fork. "We...kinda heard your's and Yuna's conversation last night," he said quietly. Everyone stopped eating and looked at Riku. Riku nodded. "Really?" he said, not giving anything away. Wakka nodded. "Yeah. About how Yuna should make her decision based on what her heart tells her and about what-" Lulu stepped on his foot and Wakka stopped talking. Riku nodded but didn't say anything. A battle was raging inside him. Should he tell them about Ansem or should he just say nothing? He sighed, unable to contain it. You're actually going to tell them? Ansem's voice said with no emotion. Ansem, shut it! Riku snapped back. Not very nice today, are we? Riku didn't reply but looked at each of his newfound friends. "Um...yeah, about that. Listen, there are some things...about what's happenned to me that I'm not proud of but I didn't have any choice. See, when I was trying to save Kairi, I tried to use the darkness inside me. When I did, someone manipulated my thoughts and eventually took over my body, entirely. Now his shadow lingers inside me," he said, now looking at the ground. Yuna nodded. That explains what he said last night and why he's so...secluded from everyone. The others looked at each other, questionably. They had never heard of this happenned. Yuna looked up at Riku. "Well, Riku-" she stopped. A huge bang had sounded from outside, shaking the building. They all ran outside and looked up. A huge black creature was ttearing apart the place. It had great black wings and fangs probably the size of someone's arm. Riku was in shock. Where had it come from and who was hunting him that would go this far as to destroy part of a world?
