It's probably a well known issue that a few of the emotes on the list aren't displayed properly. I found that (after scanning through the source code) the :sarcasm: emote was just missing the sarcasm.gif part of the image code I have a feeling that the other broken emotes are suffering similarly... That, or they just don't exist. I think it would be nice to fix some of these. :)
