I actually find it stresses me out to watch it o.O Especially the gymnastics just then. The Japanese placed 4th and just missed out on a medal, and I felt so bad for them because it was one little mistake had cost them placing in the top three.Then they disputed the dismount penalty and got awarded extra points, bumping them up to second. And then I felt even more bad for Ukraine and GB because GB thought they were getting silver and got bronze, and then Ukraine thought the were getting bronze and now are getting nothing! It physically pains me to watch it ¬¬ ~Just venting my feels.

So I'm working as a young leader at this retreat centre next year. Anyway it's this big old but-not-that-old castle that's built on the remains of an even older castle, that was destroyed during this huge battle in the English Civil War. I've always been a bit sceptical about ghosts. I do believe in an afterlife but for some reason I just thought ghosts were the stuff of kid's stories. Anyway I know there are tons of stories about this place being haunted, and when I was on my interview some of the staff told me about some of there own experiences of hauntings in the castle (If you have been to Alton Towers and have been on the Hex ride you will know one of them already). The team leader said to me that they were probably just trying to creep the newby out but all the same it got me thinking. Does anyone here believe in ghosts or had a paranormal experience?

A drawing I did for Kate the Great's Legend of Zelda competition. Very very rushed towards the end in terms of colouring and background (I never seem to get round to backgrounds on these things :S) and I had intended to do it full body, but as it was half an hour to the deadline I decided to crop the unfinished feet off. I may go back at some point and finish this properly, but that will have to wait until after exams. I'm in my last year of 6th form and I have exams coming up. Lots of exams. Recently I've found myself spending more and more time on here and other websites like memebase and TV tropes when I really should have been doing work, and I find it hard to limit myself. As in I'll just be like, 'oh I'll just check KHV and then do my work' and then 3 hours later I'm still here haha :) I think the best solution for me is to go cold turkey and wish you all a fond farewell for the next couple of months or so. It's a shame because I really started feeling like I was fitting in well here, but hopefully I'll be back at some point. Anyway, one request is that if you see me online for the next month or two, I want you all to say to me 'Go do your revision!' And if I reply 'But I've done loads of revision today!' you must say 'DO MOARR'. Okay? okay. I wish everyone well, and don't change too much while I'm away :) EDIT: I also forgot to mention that I am doing absolutely everything in my power to avoid KH3D spoilers as well until it's released/I play it. I know everyone here is pretty good about spoilers, but this website being what it is, it's also probably one place where they are most abundant. Then I'll be back with a vengeance to discuss all the shocking twists and turns :)

Is anyone else planning on going?I went last year and absolutely loved it. If anyone is debating whether or not to go I strongly recommend going, it's a really incredible experience! My friend also went last year and met Nobuo Uematsu there, lucky person. For people going/thinking of going, what songs would you like or hope will be on the setlist? I think 'Not alone' from FFIX has to be the one for me.
Browsing Amazon I noticed the first two volumes of the 358/2 manga. Very exciting and all but I remember the incident last year or so when I saw the next 3 volumes of the KHII manga up for sale and instantly bought them. When they arrived, they were all in German :( Anyway point is I can't see anything anywhere on the product to indicate what language it is in, and there are no user reviews. I'm not even sure if they're official. Anybody know, or know of a way to find out before I buy them?
So I finally got around to watching all the RE:chain of memories cutscenes the other day (boo on Square not releasing it here in the UK ). Anyway was it just me or was Axel's accent all over the place? It's like Quinton Flynn hadn't quite decided whether or not to make him English, American or some weird mix of the two. It kinda grated on me in some parts considering how Axel sounds in KH2 and how much I like Quinton Flynn as a VA. I don't know if RE:CoM was recorded before or after KH2, and that Flynn just hadn't made up his mind on how he should sound. Or maybe Axel just thought he should try going posh for a bit?
Organisation XIII's plan all along. (Theory) Right, I've come up with a theory, and I apologise in advance if this is already confirmed/already a theory/something everyone already knew. But what if the Organisations (or at least Xemnas') plan the whole time was to be destroyed by a Keyblade wielder such as Sora and come back as whole beings? Maybe Xemnas knew that if a Nobody and their Heartless were destroyed, they would become whole again. Just think about it for a minute. It always bugged me how the Organisation threw themselves one by one at Sora (and Riku) and just got destroyed. I know they didn't want to kill Sora because they needed him alive, but in that case why fight him at all, and not just run away? Or if they really wanted to stop him, all join forces and fight him as a group? He wouldn't have stood a chance. Also this makes more sense then their rather vague plan of 'get Kingdom Hearts and build a new world'. How about they only made Sora fight and kill all those heartless to increase the odds that somewhere along the line he would destroy their heartless? Then they used the Kingdom Hearts moon as a checkpoint to show when they had amassed enough hearts to give them a reasonable chance of becoming whole again once destroyed. This also fits in with when they got Roxas and Xion to fill a quota of Heartless destroyed with the keyblade in 358/2. And in that case, you ask, why not just tell Sora their plan? Well Sora would most likely not have fought them. Imagine the idea that Sora knew he would be bringing Xehanort back again, and the other somebodies of the organisation possibly even more powerful then ever. They probably just fed Sora the schmuck about controlling Kingdom Hearts to make sure he did exactly as they wanted. Then again, maybe Xemnas didn't let on to the rest of the organisation the actual plan. Axel didn't seem to let on he knew about it. And it looks like the plan has worked, at least from what we've seen of the KH3D trailers. I've just recently seen the very newest one, and at the end I see what looks uncannily like a group of people dressed in Organisation coats. The newly formed organisation of somebodies? What do you all think?

I think pretty much everyone knows the ending by now so I'm not sure if I need to spoiler the title, but better safe then sorry, ay? So why does Terranort have different colour eyes when he first gets grand theft bodied, to when he becomes Ansem the Wise's apprentice? Spoiler He has very obviously yellow/gold eyes at first, and as MX, Ansem SoD, and Xemnas as well. So why is he all brown eyed a little later on? I have a bit of a theory, in that the yellow eyes are a symbol of the evil in him. Then when he looses his memory he kinda forgets his evil-ness. I mean he's still a bit of a mardy-bum at this point but the evil inside him hasn't awoken yet, not until he starts the experiments into the heart. This also ties into the theory about Mysterious Figure being some form of Xehanort. I believe Nomura said in a recent interview that the 'golden-eyed man' in the KH 3D trailer was infact MF. Golden eyes indeed. Thoughts?
Just speeds up memorising the Krebs cycle. I think I may be slightly obsessed with Kingdom Hearts you know, I can link just about anything to it. While revising for my Biology A level exam, I came up with this: Complete New Castle, All For Nine Nobodies? CO2, NAD, CO2, ATP, FAD, NAD, NAD! Best part is, I counted and 'The castle that never was' actually is home to nine Nobodies during 358/2 days (counting Xion). Yeah my exams a couple of days away. Why am I even on here ¬¬ Hope this helps any biologists out there!
