What's sad about this is that now they have to find a replacement for Master Xehanort in both the Japanese and English versions...and I don't think it can be done. Ohtuska and Nimoy are both legendary and I don't think anyone will be able to reach the level that they did. Makes me wish that KHIII would have come out much sooner since it is the last part of the Xehanort Saga. That way Nimoy and Ohtsuka would have been able to finish the story of one of their most iconic roles.
I'm still trying to figure out why Tron Legacy was added. Not as a world itself, but as to why it was locked away in the dream realm when in reality it should have been part of Space Paranoids, which was a computer program found in Radiant Garden. It shouldn't have been a separate world from its past incarnation. I'd also like to add The Jungle Book and The Sword in the Stone as possible KHIII worlds.
So was Tron, but that got in. That's the beauty of cult classics.
Frozen, Toy Story, Monsters Inc., Pocahontas, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Incredibles, Hercules, Lilo & Stitch, Black Cauldron, Aladdin, and Wreck-it Ralph. There's the worlds that should be used in KHIII.
I can only imagine what the connection would be since KHX can't possibly be canon to the series due to going against already established facts set forth in previous games. You must not be a fan of the entire series then, 'cause it's not the first time worlds have been reused.
I would like to help out, but the only thing I could offer would be fanfics and from the looks of it those aren't allowed in this event. Sorry.
Was it ever said why they're replacing Castellaneta?
Considering that it's not canon to the overall KH story, I say leave it Japan only. It doesn't really offer anything.
He was asked which Disney world he would add to previous titles. Frozen shouldn't have been a choice as it didn't even exist until long after KH3D came out. Frozen can definitely be in KH3 if they want.
Frozen shouldn't be a choice considering how new it is. For the Mirage Arena, I hope they were able to include Laguna like they originally planned to do. Lastly, if they want to include Vincent so badly, put him in Halloween Town should that world return in KH3.
Yeah, but actually beating the hell out of Xion is much more satisfying than just watching it. As for Saix and Riku...I don't know what to tell you.
358/2 Days didn't really have any boss battles that needed to be cutscenes, considering most of them were just Heartless. The only main bosses in that game that were not Heartless were Saix, Xion, and Riku.
So wait, is Re:Coded going to be playable or not in this? It's very confusing from what little info we have right now.
But it's already been set in stone that Emblem Heartless didn't come into existence until long after the Keyblade War, yet KHX for whatever reason has Emblem Heartless as enemies to fight.
I still don't think this game has any true connection to the rest of the series. It's inconsistent with things already set within the canon.
While not denying Frozen is great, I just think it's not as deserving of a world at this point in the series, especially since it's a fairly new movie. We still need the rest of the Disney Renaissance and some Pixar based worlds before Frozen can get in.
A Happy New Year to all and I hope it will be an enjoyable one.
Yeah, they are the same. Ventus' heart took shelter inside of Sora, Sora becomes a Heartless, Roxas is born and looks exactly like Ventus. Have you ever thought that when Sora became a Heartless that it released Ventus' heart and said heart became Roxas? If Roxas was truly Sora's Nobody, he'd look like Sora just as Axel looks like Lea or Zexion looks like Ienzo. Roxas is Ventus, except with no memories of the Birth by Sleep Arc.
Because they're the same damn person, that's why.
Seven Keyblade wielders, huh? That would mean Sora, Kairi, Riku, Mickey, Lea, Aqua, and a mystery person. Terra's out since he's still split into Ansem and Xemnas. Can't be Roxas or Ven since if one returns, the other dies. And Xion is just a puppet made from Sora's memories, meaning he'd most likely would have to give them up for her to come back. This will be an interesting mystery to try and solve.
