Xemnas does work with the regular Xemnas fight. Just don't expect to win without infinte HP, since the Xemnases on the ground will attack you when you're doing the reaction command.

Xemnas doesn't even work with the Limit Cut version. When the Limit Cut did the Invitation to Nothingness move on me, you could see the other two standing on top of the tower, one facing the other way.

There is a CD in the original; remember Aerith forcibly inserting it into the terminal? (Heh.)
