Mercy Shot Visa! The quickest way to put a girl out of her misery before she makes a fool of herself. Why? Because school starts on monday, I'm new to the area and have yet to make friends, I'm dropping a bunch of classes and taking their polar opposites, they make you tuck in your shirts *shudder*, they have no library or playing field, and nobody around here likes the same stuff as me. So, to make it all short, I'm going to be absolutely miserable. So, please, kill me now.
This is a super-random humor fic that I started writing a little while ago about Zexion's oh-so-wonderful trip to visit his family. It's hyper...and very, very random. But if you like that, I'm sure you'll enjoy it! It's inspired by a family reunion that I just returned from, and some of the characters have similar names and personalities to my family and close friends. So look out, you might find a bit of yourself in here! This was originally posted on Fanfiction.net, as well as Convinced Rulers. (Nexitah's forum.) If you've seen it there, then don't think I stole it. This story is mine!. ^^ Oh, and: Yes, there is an actual plotline to this story, though you don't get into it until the next chapter. It's not completely random. ^^ Disclaimer: I don't own Kingdom Hearts, Zexion, Demyx, or Radiant Garden. If I did, I'd be a helluva lot more popular around here...don't ya think? Warning! Hyper, random, and insane characters and situations lie ahead! Prologue “NOOOO! You've got to be kidding me! I can't...just...ergh, no! No, no, no!” Xemnas sighed. “Listen, I thought you'd be happy about this. I only did it to make you feel better since you've been so depressing lately. Really, honestly, I don't mean to make you angry or anything...but I think you should go.” “I can't go!” Zexion howled, burying his face into his hands. “I have nothing in common with them anymore! It'll be awkward! You can't make me go.” “Oh yes I can.” The Superior announced. “You really ought to see your face. It's hilarious.” “There's absolutely nothing funny about this.” Zexion snorted, rising out of his chair. “I refuse to go.” “That's just too bad, because you're going whether you want to or not. I pulled some strings...it was difficult! You could at least humor me and give it a try.” “Absolutely not.” Zexion said, folding his arms across his chest. “You couldn't pay me.” “I couldn't?” Xemnas looked down for a moment, rummaging through his desk drawer. After a moment, he sat back in his chair, placing ten thousand munny on his desk. “How is this for you?” Zexion twitched. So tempting. “Of course, I can't force you to take it if you really don't want to go. But, if you don't go, there will be punishments.” “Punishments?” “Yes, number VI. No ice cream.” “You wouldn't.” “No instant messaging.” “Noooo...” “No books for a month!” “No! No! Please, no!” “Then go.” Xemnas said, a wicked smile spreading across his face. Zexion considered, tilting his head to the side. “Does the offer still stand?” “Yes.” “Fine, then, I'll accept...but I'm only doing it for the money. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't go.” Xemnas sighed, sliding the munny across the table. “Okay, but I think you should try to enjoy yourself. You're still family in one way or another, and I think you'll find that they're much more interesting than you think.” “Whatever. I'm going to go pack.” The Schemer said, snatching the munny and heading for the door. “And keep your sissy little pep talks. They're getting old.” Ch.1: Welcome Home, Idiot. “Wow, I'm so glad that you decided to take me along. I mean...ah! It's going to be so much fun. You and me, me and you, Radiant Garden! It's gonna be so awesome! And no missions! It's just like a vacation, only you really didn't get to choose where you were going!” Demyx squealed, his hands clenched around a bag of gummy worms. Zexion was seated next to him in the window seat of the Passenger Gummi, his head resting against the cold glass of the window.. So far, everything had been going worse than he had expected, if that was even humanly possible. Or, like, Nobody-ishly possible. But whatever. Who said we had to get technical about this? “I didn't invite you to come, genius. In fact, you wouldn't be here if you hadn't surgically attatched yourself to my arm.” Figuratively, of course, but Zexion was not about to admit that...especially not in public. “Whatever.” The blond said, shrugging. The entire trip had passed in a similar fashion: Demyx would attempt to start up a boring and completely pointless one-sided conversation, and Zexion would dismiss it quickly. Demyx would continue again a few minutes later. While Zexion tried to drink in the next few moments of blissful silence, Demyx began wondering just what they were going to do when they got to Radiant Garden. What was their excuse going to be for staying in this family's house? Surely their leader hadn't opened up about them being...you know...not human... “Hey Zex...” “Hey genius, I thought I told you to stop calling me that.” Zexion snapped irritably, thoroughly ticked-off that his silence had been short-lived. Demyx ignored him, of course. He wasn't the type to care about stuff like that, let alone notice. “I was wondering...what did Xemnas say to your family about us coming to stay?” “The Superior,” Zexion corrected, “Told them that we would tutoring the twins. They're giving us rooms and a monthly allowance, as well as a couple days off each month. All in all, it's not a bad deal...they're giving us a pretty loose leash.” Demyx raised his eyebrows. “Twins?” “Twin girls...they're eleven. Don't get your hopes up.” “Damnit. And here I was, hoping for summer love...” “Not with my sisters, you don't...” Zexion grumbled, covering his face with his hand. It was a good attempt at hiding the fact that his eyes were doing some serious twitching. “Dude, that's just so wrong...” “I'm just kidding...” “Ugh, man...I thought we'd already been through with this! You're a Nobody! You don't have any emotions, dufus!” “Kidding...Kid. Ing. Do you know what that means? It means that I'm just joking around with you.” “I know what it means, Demyx. I'm just saying that you need to calm down. You're acting very odd...and if you forget, that's the exact opposite of what we're trying to do here.” “Right.” Demyx said enthusiastically, digging his gloved hands into the bag to pull out several sugar-coating candy bugs. It was then that the Gummi came to a gentle stop, bumping lightly against the padded sides of the loading docks. Zexion rose to his feet, motioning for Demyx to assist him in grabbing the bags they had stored in the overhead compartment. “So, anyway...” Demyx mumbled as they stepped out onto the platform. “What are their names?” “Celestina and Scopra are the twins. Celestina goes by Celeste, sometimes. Alphonso is the oldest, and a lawyer. Stella and Carmen are the parents, and both work downtown in the bank as accountants.” “I see...” “...So they're very busy. Alphonso will be studying for his test in order to pass the Bar, and the younger two will need to be tutored in the Fine Arts and Mathematics.” Demyx nodded, setting his bag down for a moment to get a better grip. “Okay then. Let's go.” -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The family house was high on one of the local hills, surrounded by grass and large trees, as well as a small flower and vegetable garden that circled the house. The sidewalk took a meandering course across the grass, eventually delivering the two exhausted Nobodies to the small brick building. The door swung open almost automatically, and two young girls sprang out from behind it. Zexion and Demyx to an automatic step backwards. The tallest of the girls was dark-haired and dark-eyed, and she stood directly in front of them, arms crossed over a black and white checkered shirt. She stared at them both, almost glaring, but completely calm at the same time. The shorter of the two had light brown hair and blue eyes, which she paired with a rather large amount of hot pink makeup and sequins on her white dress. “Ha!” The short one announced. “You two look funny!” Zexion sighed, setting his bags down on the front step. “Demyx, this one right here is Scopra...and that midget over there is Celestina.” “Omigosh!” Celestina wailed. “Scopi, he knows our names! We have to tell Mama! MAMAAAA!” “That's because he's our tutor, you idiot.” Scopra said, her voice staying flat through the entire sentence. “And it looks like they'll have their hands full with you. I pity you two.” “Uh...” “Oh, so that's why they look so weird! They're from out of town! That makes some sense.” “Some.” Scopra agreed. “So you must be...” “Uh...Demyx and Zexion, from Heart Laboratories! We're here to be your tutors, young ladies!” Zexion said, struggling to do a very fake smile. Celestina flinched. “I'm his boss.” Demyx announced. “WHAT?!” “You see, I get to yell at him when he makes dumb mistakes in the laboratory...when he mixes dangerous chemicals and drinks them. Stuff like that.” “Does he make those mistakes a lot?” Scopra asked. “Oh, all the time! That's Zexion for you: the total klutz!” I, the author, would be happy to place some comments from Zexion here. Unfortunately, he was too mortified by Demyx's words to say anything. Therefore, I find it safe to say that this would be an inner “WTF?” moment. “In that case, Mr. Demyx, I'd like you to be my tutor, since you're so much smarter than him! Pretty please, sir?” “Of course, young lady! I'd be delighted to! Do you happen to play any musical instruments?” “Yes, I play the guitar!” “Excellent, Ms. Celeste! Let's go inside and take a look at it, shall we?” Demyx picked up his bags and gave Zexion a quick smile before vanishing into the house with Celeste, leaving the Schemer and the creepy little freak outside. “...You remind me of somebody.” Scopra announced, turning around. “Your bedroom is upstairs , second door on the right. Don't get lost, idiot boy.” Zexion sighed and watched as she left him on the front step with both of his bags. I'm going to kill Xemnas when I get back. He decided mentally. And I want my Messenger.
I just triggered my security system by dropping a plate on the floor. Stupid glass-shatter detectors... This proves the fact that I'm ******ed. Does anybody else hate theirs, or is it just me?
Bleach fans, amuse yourselves. The button says Bankai, Baby! T.T When Skye activates Crazy Blaze with the command "Leap, Crazy Blaze!" it transforms into a substantial shuriken which hovers in the air nearby. It manifests a dragon made of flame. ...Crazy Blade? I feel insulted!
Help me, please! A few minutes ago I discovered this really fat bug on my leg. (It might have been a tick...do ticks have white spots on their backs?) It was a weird thing to find since I'm wearing jeans and haven't been outside today do to the rain. So...I cut this thing's head off. Or, rather, cut off it's body after I discovered it was alive and kicking. The head stayed stuck in my skin, though, and it took about ten minutes to pull off...even with nailpolish and all that other stuff you're supposed to do. It still hurts, though...really badly, and the skin is red. (Oh my god, what if it had AIDS?) What should I do? Somebody help me, please!
Anybody else like D.Gray-Man? My RL fried Yami*No*Hime got me into it a while ago through the manga, and I just can't believe how cool it's getting. Allen is my favorite, by the way. Omega owns. ^^

Is anybody else here in the Risembool Rangers or the Miniskirt Army? Personally, I prefer the Risembool Rangers...but whatever. In case you don't know: Risembool Rangers: An Ed and Vic fan club that is run by the almighty "Fuhrer" Vic Mignogna. The battle cry is "Red Dawn!" The Risembool Rangers have a tradition of having dinner and glomp time with Vic and other Rangers during Anime Conventions. (If you go to a convention as a Ranger, you WILL meet your fellows.) Risembool Rangers Official Training Video Miniskirt Army: A Roy Mustang and Travis fan club that is run by He Who Must Not Be Named...I mean...Travis Willingham. I believe they call him "The Giant" or "The Giant of the Skirts." I'm not a Skirt, so I wouldn't know for sure. I'm just wondering. ^^ EDIT: To bring you more info on He Who Must Not Be Named.
I was playing KH2 again the other day and got to the point where Goofy got mauled by the rock. My question to you is this: What did you think when you saw this cutscene for the first time? Personally, I ate a brownie to celebrate...but then he came back. I thought he was dead. ^^
It's summer, and all kinds of..er...crap comes out to bite, sting, or otherwise make you miserable. But which one bothers you the most? Personally, I'd have to say ants...my feet are absolutely covered in ant bites today, and it's so annoying...
It's seriously bad for your soul...You go on to upload some pics, and then you search...and then you download pics until your computer formulates plans to kill you in your sleep. 'S horrible. *sob* I need a cure. HELP ME!!!!
This one had two titles...so...yeah. Enjoy! (Yay, Shakespeare. Excuse me while I go shake a spear.) Chapter 4: Maid Service/ So Wise So Young Xemnas turns to face us, his red eyes gazing at us intently. He doesn't look like he was doing anything out of the ordinary, but the fact that he was waiting for us when we arrived was somewhat suspicious. Xigbar and I exchange a look, but are distracted when the Superior points at the blond-haired musician, whose arms are looped over our shoulders so we can support his weight. "What's wrong with him?" He asks us, his voice deep and menacing despite the obvious concern he has for his fellow member. I guess that's the way it's always been with Xemnas...he sounds the exact opposite of what he really is: a protector for the Nobodies who have chosen to follow his lead. "He got his feelings hurt." Xigbar explains, and I emphasize his point with a nod of my head. Xemnas appears to understand who was the one that hurt his feelings, and sighs loudly. "If you're looking for Elizabeth, I'm afraid that she left for Larxene's room only a few minutes ago." "Why did you let her out?" I demand, my temper flaring a little. "She's a danger to all of us!" "Well, I admit that she's not exactly the nicest person to be around...but on the other hand, we have far too much work to be done around here for her to sit in here and do nothing. I assigned her the job of doing...whatever it is she is told to do. Cleaning, mostly." "A maid?" Demyx mumbles incredulously, shaking his head. "You've got to be kidding me." "You know that I don't kid, Demyx." Xemnas says, more serious this time. "She'll earn her keep." "Yeah, or put poison in our food and scorpions in my bed!" Demyx whines, pushing both Xigbar and I away and striding confidently over to Xemnas. "Honestly, if you're going to let that girl roam around, I'm out." We both suck in our breath. Such a bold, bold statement for a man who usually keeps to himself... "Number IX..." Xemnas warns, narrowing his eyes slightly. Demyx stops walking and his eyes widen to a nearly-impossible width. "I'm warning you. Do not...do not step out of line." He turns to us now, eyes flashing, his command coming out in a bizarre hiss. "And you two...if I hear anything about you trying to hurt Elizabeth, you will have me to answer to." And with that, our leader left us to our inspection of the atrium. "Harsh." Xigbar comments after a moment, his eyes still fixed on the spot Xemnas had been standing at a moment ago. Demyx, still petrified, is shaking his head slowly, again and again. I watch him warily. "Even if we can't kill her, we still have to talk to her." I point out. "Xemnas didn't say anything about that." Demyx groans, and I can't figure out if it's because he's still shaky about getting yelled at or if he's not eager to see Elizabeth. "True, true." Xigbar agrees. "But it's getting late." "Late!" I want to scream and yell and shake him around like paper in the wind, but I don't. "You'd rather go to bed than teach that brat a lesson?" "We can, tomorrow. You just got back, though, and I don't think it's in your best interest to act rashly and cause too much trouble in your first day back. Look at you! You're tired, even if you don't want to admit it. Go to bed, get some rest, and we'll take care of everything tomorrow." "I agree." Demyx says, shuffling out of the atrium. He's headed for his own, soft bed. I turn to tell Xigbar good night before I realize that I'm alone now, a single dark figure in a white room that was steadily growing darker with the setting of the artificial sun Vexen had rigged the atrium with. Very well, then. I head off to my room. Twenty minutes later, I was crawling under the covers of my bed, still thinking about The Superior's words. What did he mean to accomplish by protecting Elizabeth, a pathetic and worthless human? I wasn't sure, but I sure of one thing...I would find out. I wouldn't rest until I did. Some are born great some achieve greatness and others have greatness thrust upon them Pah! This is not greatness. The only thing that has been thrust upon me is the work that the Organization's leader is forcing me to do. This work, usually so simple, has lead me into certain death: the room of Larxene, the sadistic Savage Nymph. I had gone into her rooms to clean, and I emerged three hours later after spending most of my time helping her bandage herself up. It appeared that she had gotten into a fight with a man named Marluxia, who she explained was the wickedest of the Organization members. When I told her that she was surely mistaken (because the wickedest was Zexion, not Marluxia) she only laughed and told me about how Zexion was simply "dah-ling.") So I left in what would be considered quite late back in my world, which meant that I was more than tired. The nap I had taken back in the lab felt years ago. I was heading back to the atrium, Larxene's hand-drawn Castle Map in hand, when I had a brilliant idea. Ten minutes later, I was seated on the floor of the atrium, papers and supplies strewn about the floor. Every few moments, I would mark the map with a dot of ink, indicating the different locations I would need to be at by certain times. Larxene hadn't realized just how valuable all the information she had given me really was. My plan was simple: I would grab a knife from the kitchen, which was located about three minutes away from this atrium at a brisk walks pace. With the knife I would travel to Betwixt and Between, where I would wait until Xaldin would walk by during his usual night's stroll. I would continue into Proof of Existence from there, where I would meet the name panel of each Organization Member. Zexion's was the first plate on the second row to the right. Once in Zexion's room, I would have to be careful not to alert him of my presence According to Larxene, he was in bed and asleep by 10:30 generally, and was a heavy sleeper. However, the only part of him that didn't sleep was his nose, which was constantly sniffing for danger. I'd wing it from there. I grabbed my map (the only thing I had in my possession at present that would help me tonight) and walked quietly down the hallway to the kitchen. The knives were kept in a holder near the chopping block, so I grabbed a thin, sharp one and strode from the room. Just before leaving, though, I checked the clock. 11:43. My walk to Betwixt and Between knocked another five minutes off my time to complete my task, but I wasn't the least bit worried. If Xaldin had already passed by and might happen to catch me, I had the knife tucked into the carpenter's pocket of my jeans. I was armed. But as I arrived in the room that was my next destination, I realized that I wasn't late at all. Xaldin's voice echoed off the cold walls as he made his way downstairs, humming as he went. I hid in a corner and slipped out of the room as soon as he disappeared, heading up to Proof of Existence. As soon as I entered the smallest room of the large castle, I was forced to pause and examine my options. I could follow my heart into the sleeping Nobody's chamber, do what I had come here to do, and get it over with...or I could turn around and bide my time...or just forget this ridiculous plan, forget my anger, and forget my need for revenge. The last option was out of the question. Zexion was going to get what was coming to him, eventually...and why not now, when I was so unbelievably close to getting my sweet revenge? It was too perfect to ignore. I had to do it now. I was surprised at how boldly I walked to the nameplate that I had plotted arriving at some twenty minutes ago. The Cloaked Schemer. Ha. Very funny. He won't need a silly little nickname when I' done with him! I step through the gateway, holding my breath. ...Which I really didn't need to have done. Zexion was sleeping like a baby, his face buried into his black pillow and his soft hair spread around him like a silvery-blue halo. His nose twitches as I enter the room, but he doesn't wake up. I pause for a moment to relax my breathing before walking on my toes to his bedside. Another twitch. Calm down, Liz. Calm down...this'll be easy, just you see. You've got a knife, and he's defenseless. ...Except for his POWERS! I wince at my own mental scream. Zexion, naturally, doesn't notice. He mumbles something about 'smelling like caramel' and rolls over so I can see more of his pale neck. Brilliant! Oh crap... My arm turns to ice as I look down. I think I stopped breathing. Zexion (or *****y boy, I forgot) has his nose pressed into my arm, still fast asleep. "Caramel" He mutters again, dreamily cuddling my arm. I curse his family and all of his ancestors and pull away. He sighs, resigned, and hugs his pillow. He'd be cute if he wasn't so terrifying. I reach for the knife, which is still in my carpenter's pocket. I take a moment to examine the instrument with which I would make Elizabeth-history, which really wasn't all that impressive. It was just a vegetable knife, thin but sharp all the same. Generic kitchen variety. Nothing special about the thing at all. Not yet, anyways. I hold it up to the light for dramatic effect (to please none other than myself) and let it drop to the floor. Not intentionally, of course. No, no, I dropped it because my hands were shaking...and who in their right mind would reach out and grab a falling knife? My eyes dart up to check on Zexion. His nose twitches, but nothing else. I grab the knife and step closer. It would be over seconds from now...so perfectly easy. Yet he was so perfectly perfect, too. Sure, he was fearsome and scary during the day, but as soon as he went to sleep...he became a perfect, (yet imperfect) heartless angel. Shut up. I tell myself. He needs to die. "So wise so young, they say do never live long." I whisper quietly, holding the knife a quarter-inch away from Zexion's neck. Shakespeare makes everything wonderful, even moments of hesitant murder from an angered prisoner to her helpless captor. I grin mischievously, close my eyes, and bring the knife down.
