Therity jumped back as the tentacles slapped at her. What the...? When did he get these? He's clearly stepping up his game. We were more of a challenge to him then he thought we'd be. Therity was pulled out of her thoughts as Gaius shouted, and for the first time, she snorted with laughter. What the hell? This guy was a complete idiot, even if he was strong. She forced herself to refocus and used Blitz on Boreal, determined to make a dent in his armor this time. Therity used Blitz.
Therity used Basic Attack on Wyrm 2 and if that was already dead (which it probably won't be because Therity has the second highest speed) then she used it on Boreal. Well that was pretty fun. Taylor sat up a few minutes later, exhilerated though sweaty and somewhat tired. "Thanks for that," she said to Beucette. "Interesting location, too. I've never had sex on a rooftop before." She looked towards the door of the roof, wondering if anyone had seen them. That probably would've been a semi-traumatic sight, if they had. Taylor silently apoligized to anyone who had stepped in, but at the same time she wasn't sorry for doing it. She hadn't been that excited in a long time. Smiling, she turned back to Beucette. "We should probably get back. People might wonder where we are." Taylor paused. Well, she thought to herself. They might wonder where Beucette is. The only guild members who really know who I am are Zwei, Amanda, and, obviously, Beucette. But still, we should get back. And get dressed. Taylor looked down at her naked body. Yeah, we should get dressed first.
Therity used Blitz on whatever Wyrm it would be most helpful to hit.
Taylor allowed herself to be swept off of her feet, quite literally. "Taylor," she grinned in reply to Beucette's question. That was smooth. She's probably done this before, Taylor thought to herself. She slung one arm around Beucette's neck and placed her hand on the side of her head, stroking the other girl's lips with her thumb. "Oh my gosh, you're so fucking hot," Taylor whispered, almost to herself, as the brunette reached up and connected their lips aggressively.
"Yes!! I'll be back in a few. I'm gonna go find a place." Taylor responded, grinning happily as she spun around. Suddenly, she found herself face to face with a pretty hot chick with very defined features. The girl touched Taylor's arm, sending a chill shooting up it originating at the place she touched. Taylor looked up, deep into the girl's eyes, as she placed her hand on Beucette's hand and intertwining their fingers. "Only if you're prepared for the world know of our love." She murmured seductively into her ear.
"Ugh, Zwei, you're no fun," Taylor pouted. A secret base sounded really cool. If they were going to insist on keeping the cat in one of their rooms, then Taylor would go find one anyways later on, just to have one. That'd be chill. "I haven't even been to my room yet though, much less met the people I'm bunking with. If we're going to keep it in one of our rooms, it should be yours for now, Zwei."
Taylor shrugged, but in her head she grinned to herself. Her plan had worked - Amanda seemed super uncomfortable. "Oh well. I knew you probably weren't, but I wanted to try just to make sure. It was worth a shot. You are pretty cute." Taylor explained, playing innocent. She was way too nice to have such a vengeful motive, after all. Right? Smiling sweetly, she turned around and began to walk back down the hall. "I've been here once before, when Evanora was showing me around before I officially joined. I think I know how we can get to the dorm attics from here. Come on Zwei." She paused, as if momentarily forgetting that Amanda was coming with them. "Oh, you too Amanda, if you want."
BURN IN THE PIT OF HELL AMANDA Taylor smiled calmly as Amanda mentioned that Zwei had just met Taylor, but her eyes did not smile. Her allowance of Zwei to pass his own judgement on Taylor did not calm her rage, and Taylor became suddenly determined make Amanda burn in the pits of hell, aka leave them alone. She thought of the perfect way to do so, and it was sure to shock the other female. Cocking her head, she looked Amanda up and down. "You're pretty hot," Taylor said suddenly, and kissed her right on the lips.
"Well then I guess we have to go look for some. We should go now before anyone else notices it. We can name it later when we find out what gender it is. Come on!" Taylor grinned and grabbed Zwei's hand, but sort of in a friendly way. She started to drag him off towards the dorm area, clearly excited about the idea of a secret cat. Surely there would be a room at the top of one of the dorms. And if not... Then they'd just have to find another place. But hiding places weren't going to find themselves, and soon enough it would be night and they would have to go back to their own dorms. If they didn't have a place before that time, then they'd have to hide it in one of their rooms and risk others seeing it. And that could be bad.
Therity used Basic Attack because apparently she can't use Blitz twice in a row even though Boreal can summon two Drakes in two turns and not even flinch.
"Well obviously!" Taylor laughed. "No matter where in the guild hall we hide it, it'll be in a room. Unless hiding it outside was an option, but that'd be lame because then the cat could get cold. Hmm..." After thinking for a moment, she spoke again. "Do you know if there's a small, kind of secret room in the tops of the dorm towers? If there is then hiding him in the top of one of them would be a super cool idea. It would have to be hard to get to though and, like, only we would be able to know of its existence. Otherwise people would find it and the cat and that'd be bad. By the way, have you named him yet? Or is it a her?"
"Holy shit it's so cute!!" Taylor squealed, which was very out of character for her. She was a generally happy person for the most part, but squealing was a new development. "I don't know the stance on pets either." Taylor placed her elbow on her knee, and rested her head against her fist, in sort of a thinking position. "We should hide it. In case they aren't allowed. Because if they aren't, then you'd probably have to give it away or something, and that would be one hundred percent not okay." She watched as the kitten looked around, and made sure it wasn't in anyone else's line of sight. "But where could we keep it?"
Taylor shrugged as Zwei told her that he didn't really know the song. "Not many people do. It's not very well known." Laughing, she accepted the flirt's exchange. "Sorry, Lucia, but I'm super down for some food right now. Plus, it sounds as if this is semi-planned, so you probably expected something like this!" She was about to stand to head over to the bar when suddenly a dark haired girl began to yell at Evanora. She didn't know who the chick talking to their guildmaster was, but damn. She had a temper. Taylor grimly watched the serious accusations, and was so wrapped up in it that she almost missed the adorable mewing of a kitten. Taylor's eyes widened as her attention shifted gears. She turned towards the noise in Zwei's jacket and looked up at the man as her lips began to curve upward. "How in hell did you manage to sneak a cat into the guild?" Taylor asked, once again verging on laughter. "That's insane! Are they even allowed? If they are, I'm totally getting one." Also this is the song she was playing, in case anyone was wondering XD Spoiler
"Nah, he hadn't introduced himself yet. Nice to meet you guys." This new girl, Lucia, was kind of cute, but not really her type. And Zwei would be too, if she was into that kind of stuff. Mentally shrugging, she started plucking the chords to I See Fire. "Do you guys know this song? It's one of my favorites."
Taylor grinned at the newcomer. See? Patience payed off. And she didn't seem desperate for friends, which was an added bonus. She plucked at the strings again, in recognition of his comment. "Thanks man. I love this thing. I'm Taylor."
yes im happy thanks al Well, this going well. They had ice suits of armor, but people were getting wrecked anyways. Including Charlotte, who was now stuck in a chain. Oh. And also a dragon appeared. Therity looked from Boreal, to the dragon, to Charlotte. Someone would get Charlotte for sure, and the dragon had to be destroyed so they wouldn't have to constantly be attacked by more than one person. But since Ra apparently has to attack it and Therity can see the future, she decided to attack Boreal. Because things will happen and the dragon will most likely be dead by the end of the round. Good. Therity used Blitz on Boreal.
Taylor walked up to the front of the guild hall, with her guitar case in one hand and her staff in the other, and looked up. Geez, it's huge. It's almost as if they're bragging. Taylor giggled to herself. Still smiling, she walked up to the large double doors and pulled one of them open. There were quite a few people inside, and not to her suprise, she only knew one of them; Evanora. And that was because she's the one that Taylor had talked to about joining to guild. Some people walked in the door behind her, and she stepped aside and allowed them to pass. They looked worn out, as if they had just returned from a mission. One of them left for a few minutes, then came back changed and looking a little more fresh. Taylor looked up at Evanora, who nodded at her, acknowledging her arrival. She grinned, and then went to a corner of the hall. She'd make friends soon enough. I mean this was a guild. No need to rush it. She took her guitar out of her case and started to tune it. G sharp? Hell nah. That was supposed to be an A natural. Ugh, it was so out of tune. Taylor blamed the humidity.
Therity used Blitz. jk apparently tHERES A COOLDOWN NOW SO I GUess shell just use basic attack thanks
Therity noticed Calxiyn wake up behind her, but knew that the girl wouldn't be in any shape to fight. Especially since Boreal hadn't used any sort of healing magic. She focused her attention on the fight ahead of her, and followed Gaius into battle, kicking Boreal in the same place he was hit by her predecessor. Therity used Blitz.
Therity was about to get up before she was knocked down again. What the hell did she do to be singled out? Other than help kick the everliving snot out of Calxiyn, that is. But really. After Dale healed her, she picked herself up. At Dale's comment to her, she snorted in amusement. Of course she was a 'tough girl'. That's what the military had trained her to be. She followed behind Dale proudly, not allowing the slight pain of her fading injuries to show on her face or in her movements, and listened as Boreal spoke. "Hmm... a tempting offer," she mumbled to herself. Not loud enough that Boreal could hear it. "But I think we're gonna have to pass. What an idiot." Even Therity knew how stupid of an idea defeating Deliora was, and considering how highly she thought of herself, that was saying something. She knew she couldn't beat it, and neither could this dumbass.
