I think Larxene's is Elenar. As for Marluxia, his name is just way too long. I think Axel is Ale, even if it's strange it's better then Lea, IMO.
Actually, when I saw the opening video to KH2, when Sora is changing into Roxas, it made me beleive that Roxas was older Sora. >.>; So they look alike to me.
