Exactly.If they were all keyblade wielders then it is possible tht the organization was an important role in the keyblade war.And if u played Com and watch some scenes in Kh2fm+ they are always fighting.in which the E.S and baldy fighting each other.

It could be possible tht the E.S was xehanort's partner in ansem's studies maybe?
baldy could have done something to the E.S.like an experiment or something.which he could have pulled him into the darkness causing his eyes to change like tht and be the exact same as baldy's.its just a guess so ut shouldn't e much of a thinker.

Would u think baldy and the E.S are related?or at least sworn enemies?cause when RK went to attack th E.S held him bck and wanted the first hit.Plus they seem to have the exact same eyes ans face expression kinda.
