I still believe that it was the heart of all worlds -- kingdom hearts -- calling out to Sora. I believe that Kingdom Hearts was merely trying to convince Sora that he doesn't need a keyblade to protect his friends, he just needs his courage and his ultimate weapon -- his heart. I'll paraphrase why Terra could not have been the voice: Terra doesn't know Sora. He didn't intend on having Sora be the keyblade wielder. In the secret fight, Terra looks at Sora and basically says that he doesn't recognize him, at all. In the quote "why...why is it you...," Terra expresses his confusion of the whole situation. Terra is basically asking "why are you the one with THAT keyblade?" With all this said, Terra can't be the voice, because he meets Sora for the first time in KHII:FM. You can't speak out to a person you have no prior knowledge of. Reply to my previous post if you wish, but I would like to move on to my cutscene theory. :D
Read This Is You Want Information Regarding Xehanort's Memories Okay, i'm going to change the topic a bit. This will tie into the secret trailer though: Go to the KHII:FM section and check out the cutscenes. Go to the cutscene named "An Old Friend." Before Xemnas (the man in the black cloak) is able to infiltrate Ansem's Study, he must first enter in a pass code. If you look closely, you see him enter in the letters A-N-O-R-T-H-E-A. If you add an X and take out an A, it spells Xehanort! I wonder if this name (most likely a person connected to Xehanort) is the key to the past. If you look at the meaning of Xehanort, it means one without a heart. Maybe Xehanort was a nobody or a heartless. I realize that Ansem the Wise saved Xehanort from death's door and gifted him this name. This makes me believe that Xehanort's real name was Anorthea. I figured that the pass code had to be something extremely important, so no one could figure it out. In KHII, Xemnas searches for his real name. Maybe Anorthea was his real name and that once he figured it out, he knew that it was the password to a room that contains the past. If you look at the entire trailer, you see Xemnas sit down in a thrown. On the floor you see chains illuminate. I believe that these chains represent Xehanort's "chain of memories." Also, if you look on the floor, you see a suit of armor with a keyblade. If you looked at the secret trailer, you would notice that the keyblade and the armor belongs to Aqua. When Xemnas sits in the thrown, he says "it's been a long time, old friend." This indicates that Xemnas has regained the memories of the past. This is what I got out of that cutscene. By the way, I came up with these accusations all by myself. I don't copy other people's ideas. Feel free to comment on it.

Thank you for gretting me.:D Now on to the matter at hand: Personally, I believe that the voice is either Xehanort or Kingdom Hearts itself. It could be Xehanort, because he has done extensive research regarding the heart. Some of you believe that a dead man can't talk, but who's to say that his soul can't? I believe that the term "Dis-Soul" can be used here. Xehanort's soul might be calling out to Sora saying that his heart is the strongest weapon anyone could dawn. On the other hand, maybe it is Kingdom Hearts. This could be true, because Kingdom Hearts is the heart of all worlds, which also means that it is a living being itself. As long as the other worlds are alive, so is Kingdom Hearts and vise-versa. Kingdom Hearts could have spoke out to Sora and proclaimed that the keyblade is not the ultimate weapon, but that the heart is stronger than any material object. I haven't really talked about the voice as much as I have talked about the Secret Trailers, so please feel free to argue what I say.
