Here's a thought, perhaps that was her that Ven was talking to on the beach. Now that I looked at the shadow again, it looked vaguely feminine... I guess we won't know for a while. In any case, it's been said that the game would follow three different styles of gameplay based on the three main characters, and it's still pretty likely that she's a main character, so unless something odd happened and she isn't, I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot more of her. Maybe there just hasn't been enough work done on her part in the game yet?
I was looking at the scans that came out, and I'm pretty darn hyped up for this game. I was just wondering if anyone else caught some things from the screenshots that looked a little interesting or off. For example, I noticed in the screenshot where Ven says the entire "Because of a friend erase me" and so on, there's another shadow, so he's obviously talking to someone. It's not Terra; you can tell by the sleeve. So who's he talking to? I thought it kinda looked like Riku in his Organization Cloak, but obviously that's not going to be happening. And the two kids playing with swords on the beach are most definitely Sora and Riku, unless there are other young characters with the exact same clothes and would do that sort of activity... Both Ven and Terra seem to also be wearing arm guards on their left side. Armor purpose? Or something considering their armor in the FM+ movie? And Terra's wearing a hakama, so swordplay (or keyblading, I guess) specialist? These are just things I noticed...
Actually, I think Jesse Mccartney did a great job as Roxas. Regarding between KH1 and KH2, I was a little surprised at first in KH1 but I grew to like it. And I thought that it fit Sora at that time (plus he's only fourteen). Kairi's voice did bug me a little bit though earlier on. Riku was just awesome. And you can definitely tell how the voice actor's voices changed in four years when playing KH2. Overall, I'm quite happy with them. Dangit, KHIIFM+ should just come to the states, and they can say that Sora's voice changed in between the last scene in KH and entering Castle Oblivion or something... assuming Haley Joel Osment keeps doing the same character...
I've got another theory, a bit based off of one of the new scenes from Final Mix+... it's the main one of mine that I think has the most potential (I have others, but they don't make quite as much sense) First off, this entire scene takes place in the past. While I'm not sure where the old guy and his dark soldier keyblader come from, the three knights and Mickey have some more explanation. The first soldier to attack (ES), is quite possibly Xehanort of the past. There have been many thoughts and looks on this already. There's the hair, which looks exactly like that of Xehanort in Mickey's flashback with Ansem the Wise, only brown... and the fact that his eyes turn gold at the end. And in the flashback, Xehanort's eyes looked a little bit... brownish gold? Feel free to argue me on this... Perhaps in that battle, since we didn't see the final part of it, Xehanort did something that caused a major exertion of energy, maybe defeating the old guy, saving lots of things, and at the same time changing his appearance due to it and losing his memory. Another thing that supports this happens with one of the new scenes in Final Mix+. Xemnas (I believe) goes into that room and talks with the knight on the floor... well, I'm not sure there's a person in that armor or not, it does look a bit empty... but that armor is that of the girl from the secret ending, keyblade and all. And he calls her a friend, which would make sense if Xemnas once fought together with her. Maybe Xemnas regained some of his memory from his previous life before losing his memory? Also, the conversation between Zexion and Xigbar shows that Xemnas keeps visiting that room and it's calls "The Room of Sleep" or something... and he's working with its counterpart in Castle Oblivion, "The Room of Awakening". And he keeps talking to the armored person too, so perhaps he's looking for the Blond haired soldier (BHS). This leaves the soldier that Sora fights as an optional boss battle. Although we may not know until we can see the keyblade, and even that is debatable because BHS had his keyblade shattered, BHS is the last one that is still around (assuming he completely recovered from being a human icecube), and perhaps he is the one Sora fights, since it's kind of unlikely that Xemnas would dress up in his armor to go fight Sora. Either that, or Xehanort had a twin brother with brown hair who wanted to test Sora. Mickey seems almost especially serious and angry, and interestingly enough has the Star Seeker. He had a keyblade when he first met with Ansem the Wise, but he does not recieve the reverse Kingdom Key until sometime not long before he meets Riku. This is because when he talks to Riku in KH Final mix, he says that he's found the key to "this side", which is referring to the new key. So, the Star Seeker is his first key... also adding to that this secret ending took place in the past. The only things I don't know about yet or haven't gotten quite to, are who the old guy and his dark soldier are, besides that there's a link between them and Xehanort (who dresses like his later on and has Riku in his dark form look very much like the dark soldier... maybe Xehanort fused with them, and that's why he lost his memory and looks different?)... there's also why the BHS looks so incredibly similar to Roxas... he possibly could be Roxas, looking at FMV pictures of both BHS and Roxas, though that would make us wonder what happened to Sora. There a lot of questions... I think we may have to see some more new scenes from KHII Final mix+ before we get much further. Anyway, these are my speculations... the ones with the most evidence to back them up anyway.
