Just as everyone said, put at least 3 0 cards at the back of your deck and have high lvl cards in your deck (9,8,7). When he uses dark firaga, jump behind him. When he uses dark aura, card break him IMMEDIATELY, because it can deal quite a lot to you. Also have cura or even better, curaga in your deck. You'll really need it.

Unlimited exp/heartless/map cards Open a guarded trove room. There will always be a large body guarding the stairway. This method is better than the false bounty mentioned above because the large body will always be there, even if you open the treasure.
Lvl 60++??? I beat axel in my 40s.....the key is to have some really high lvl cards (9,8,7) and a few 0 cards at the back of your deck to break any sleighs. I wouldn't recommend blizzaga because although Axel is weak to ice, he moves way too much for you to accurately target him.
In COM, Axel killed Vexen from behind. But in re:COM, while Vexen is about to tell Sora about Roxas, one of Axel's chakrams come out of nowhere and enter Vexen. Vexen plead to Azxel to not to kill him, buit Axel just said that he was a nobody, and that wasn't he glad he was going to dissapear. Vexen plead further, but Axel snaps his fingers and the chakram inside Vexen explodes into flames and kills him.

First, you have to get rid of his clones. Just whack them and use the reaction command "wild dance" everytime it pops up. That should take care of them. For Dmyx, I think you have to lvl up a little more. Use the Oathkeeper as it gives you equal strength and magic. Cast thunder on him till you run out of MP then start whacking him. You should be able to beat him before he can beat you.

To me, I would fill my deck with Oathkeepers beacuse of their all-round advantage. (B strike, *thrust and B+combo finish)

The thing about ES is that you have to be VERY careful and play defensive. Dodge every attack that he throws at you and retaliate quickley. The growth abilities (high jump, quick run, ariel dodge and glide) help a lot, and I mean a lot. Equip every ability that can increase your number of combos (combo plus, air combo plus and finisher plus) and beserk charge is also useful (note that I'm not sure with this :( ) so that you can land hits oin him without letting his hit you back. And also remember to equip anything that can increase your MP quickly (MP haste, hastara, hastaga and rage) as you will be spamming reflectga and using cure often. Limits are your key if your suffering from an attack you can't avoid or find difficult to avoid. Duck flare may be the best for this use as it lasts quite long. Other than that, play defense and be VERY careful. P.S Equip second chance and once more as they will help you stay alive long enough for you to cast cure. Leaf bracer is also needed.
Spam reflectga or use a long limit like duck flare when he starts his beserk attacks.
