I'd say remove the red from the front, and then stwitch the colors so the green is in between the yellow and the cyan. Add a VERY thin blue outline to the yellow layer in the front.

Don't really like either one. The first one has some weird colors, not really pleasing to the eye, and the difference between the realism of the stock and the vectory+SMUDGE style you're using is to big. They just don't mix well. As for the text for both sigs, again, colors are not very good. I understand these aren't exactly your best tries but I dislike them all the same.
Taking away the Spatter affect was a good call, I've always liked the look of ink outlines so I enjoy V2. The only problem I have with the sig is the overall lack of depth.
