The knowledge stance is irrelevant to an apatheist.
Now that you mention it that may very well be what he meant ...

Ah yes, let me rephrase that :

No knowledge stance, no belief stance => agnostic
No knowledge stance, belief => agnostic theist
No knowledge stance, disbelief => agnostic atheist

And all of this doesn' t account for which option you would like to be true.
I' m not sure what he meant though ...

    o_O ??? Nauseating ?

Yeah, I played it back when it was released. It was funny, neither too hard nor too easy, and had nice graphics. I for one thought the art style was neat. The gameplay reminded me of Flashback, one of the best Megadrive games.

One night in August I camped outside with some friends. We wanted to watch shooting stars, there' s plenty of those in late August.
We did spot many shooting stars, but we also spotted something weird later on that night : I was speaking with one of my friends and I suddenly caught a bright pink light from the corner of my eye. By the time I turned my head around and looked at er ... "it", it was already turning to bright blue, then it crashed far away. All my friends saw it too, but none of us had any idea what the hell that was.

I don' t understand the last part of your sentence but if, when asked if you believe God(s) exist(s), your answer is "I don' t know" then you do qualify as an atheist (atheist = not theist).

Apparently they shortened Cap' s role a little : some scenes in which he finally meets Peggy Carter again got cut. They' ll probably put them back in the DVD.

You mean in 2012 most people still aren' t geeks ? Well that' s a shocker !
Gotta love the way Thanos smiled at the mention of "courting death". ^^
I was quite surprised when I spotted the name of the actor hiding behind his CG makeup in the credits : Alexis Denisof, a regular in Joss Whedon' s shows.

    Yeah, I got it. XD
But ... maybe Tidus was actually swimming nearby the factory ? I mean who knows these things ? Just because it' s your dream doesn' t mean you know everything about it ! ^^

Some hidden dialogs in FFX already mentioned the Fayth would keep Tidus alive in their dreams once Yu Yevon is defeated.

"Even we were once human. That is why we must dream."
"Let us summon a sea in a new dream world."
"A new sea for you to swim."

That new sea for Tidus to swim is the last thing we see in FFX.

Even if it is better (which I doubt)... so what ? I' d rather be raised by rich and intelligent parents, see where I' m going with this ? I could throw statistics around that "prove", say, that white parents are preferable to black parents. I pulled that one out of my ass, but I' m pretty sure some people already gathered that kind of statistics. Once you start wondering what' s "better" you' re just begging for discrimination.

It' s not just about the kid' s rights, it' s also about the rights of those who wish to adopt. The question you should ask yourself isn' t "Is it better ?" but rather "Is it definitely bad ?", for instance people with a severe drug addiction are definitely a no-no to raise a kid. If you don' t have rock-solid proof that being X, Y or Z would be bad (i.e. damaging) for the child then you have no ground to deny XYZ people the right to adopt.

I concur with everything the critics said. Story-wise it doesn' t top Spiderman 2, even less The Dark Knight, but it' s never boring. It was really funny, even in French, especially that one priceless joke with the Hulk, I' m still laughing just thinking about it, ha ha ha !

The SFX in the climax are over the top. Nothing unprecedented, but I truly appreciated the fact that there was none of this epileptic Michael Bay crap. The shots were complex yet crystal clear at the same time.

SFX are the only reason I ever set foot in a theater. ^^
I' m afraid my town isn' t big enough for that, they' d lose money if they did. I saw it in 3D though.

The good news is that this time you won' t have to wait until the end of the credits to see it, you just have to wait two minutes. I stayed right until the very end just to be sure there wasn' t a second hidden tidbit but ... nope, once you see names scrolling over a black screen you can leave.

I just bought my ticket, the movie starts in half an hour. I' m not a fan of french dubbing when it comes to joke-riddled movies, but I couldn' t resist. ^^

I haven' t watched the movie yet, but I' ve read several critics and they are unanimous :

    - It' s the best Marvel movie ever.
    - The last half hour is orgasmic (the movie is 2h20 long).
    - Marc Ruffalo is awesome.
    - Black Widow and Hawkeye haven' t been treated as tapestry pieces.

The story never goes to original places and is treated as an excuse for a SFX deluge, but the action scenes are impeccably directed and executed. Who expected an oscar material scenario anyway ? Seriously ? There isn' t as much drama as we could expect from Joss Whedon, but his effective humor is all over the place.
Needless to say, the ratings are up the roof.

You probably don' t know this, but Quebecers have many language quirks that French people don' t have, and vice-versa (think English vs "American"). They are protective of that, naturally. The thing is, they all make the effort to learn English, if only at a basic level, while the rest of the country overall act like it couldn' t be arsed to learn a single French word, even a word as basic as "merci". At least that' s what all the Quebecers I met online told me.
