Normally I like Simple and Clean better than Sanctuary, but Sanctuary seemed more suitable for KH2.

Near is my second favorite character next to L himself. What I find funny is that in the movie, it was L who said "You're just a murderer, and this book is the deadliest weapon on Earth." However, what I hated about Near is that he made L look like nothing how he solved the Kira case so easily.
If memory serves me correctly, since I no longer use GIMP, it depends on what you're resizing. If you're resizing a render or something, you go to Scale Layer. If it's the WHOLE canvas itself, then it's Scale Image.
