Yeah, Zens are nice because they can hold WMA, which is like have the filesize of mp3. Plus, lithium-ion batteries wear out over time to the point where they power the device for only about 5 minutes or so. iPod batteries usually don't last for more than 18 months or so. There's a fee of like 100 USD or something to get it replaced because it isn't user-replaceable due to the iPod's design. On the Creative website [and most likely some stores] you can buy extra batteries for about 36 USD. Serious price difference...
