I think it's a type of asthma. It sure does sound like it. Althought, the 'can't control my body' part puzzles me a bit. I'd tell your parents about it, and if they don't listen, try calling a doctor by yourself. Yeah, it might not work, but it wouldn't hurt? Get their attention somehow. Have you looked on the internet for anything?
