thats wierd...does anyone have anything against your family? it could just be a crazy person trying to scare you. there are alot of people in this world that do things like that...

if it says 'not enough storage memory is availible' it could mean that you've saved too many videos. try deleting old videos to make more space. as for better software, i dont know where to get it. :'(
