Okay, you don't get it.
Change the style up a little, don't do the same.exact.thing.
Add stuff, take stuff away, try new things. That's all we asked you to do, not change your style every sig (even though there is nothing wrong with that, either).
Anyways, yout text is slapped on, and the placement isn't good either. Maybe read some tuts or look at some sigs for ideas on text.
Also, you still need to work on the lighting. And by that, I don't mean just get a 300 px soft brush and blob it on there, I mean make it more real. Maybe look at some photos, and there may even be tuts, to help you on that.
One last thing is the neg space. I dunno what it is, but I really don't like it. And remember, it doesn't ALWAYS HAVE to be black. It can be part of the stock itself, a different stock, or just a color. I feel you put it on there for the sake of having neg space.

I dunno what you can do, except maybe smudge it and maybe put a few filters on it to make it match everything else.....

A few clip masks, filters, and some depth, and this would look really snazzy :).

Don't drown your stocks in effects like that.
Also, this is pretty boring to look at.
Try going for a style like your current sig, for this.
Except, try going for more depth.

You really need to work on mixing effects and flow.
Cause, you have these paint dab things, then, you have these bright streaks, and they don't work together, or even alone, at all imo.
And you do have flow. but your stock ruins it.
This belongs in a smoother, moving, vector like sig. It's just sitting there. Randomly sitting there.
and your lighting isn't doing well either.
Anyways, I think i'm done now.

I don't like either of them tbh.
But the megaman one seems better to me.
You need to have more solid effects, not just streaks across the canvas lol.
I think you should try and plan your sigs a little more, cause for the most part, these seem very random.
