and it doesnt mention it having to be apart of the "3" level 8 monsters needed to summon it, it just says "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon". (as Xyz material.) would have made more sense if they stated it was "one of the Xyz Material"... doesnt really have a problem with this, I could just abuse REDMD's effect lol...
I just though that if they didnt include "as one of the materials", you could summon it ontop of one Galaxy-Eyes. what would it mean if I summoned it using more than 1 Galaxy-Eyes? >,> it says "if thiss card is Xyz summoned using "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon as the Xyz material"...it kinda sounds like you COULD summon it by using "Galaxy-Eyes" as the Xyz material. it did not state how many you needed so I assumed you only needed 1. Anyways, I saw on wikia that you could indeed use Twin Photon Lizard's effect even if it was summoned with future fusion.
you said "can", and theres 2 tributes for a level as high as that. which means you probably cant tribute "3"...maybe 2, yes. so I just picked "just 1" because you asked me if you could tribute summon it using all 3 or just 1... Edit: unless you mean you can summon it using 3 tributes...

On page 140. I posted it. it says "If this card is summoned using "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" as the Xyz material:"....
@ Fred it says "As Xyz material", not "Materials" or "one of the Xyz Material". meaning you CAN summon one ontop of a Galaxy-Eyes. a, meaning 1. plus Kaito would never summon 3 Galaxy Eyes, so... and Utopia Ray is the same. 3 level 4 monsters but can overlay with Utopia. it most likely WILL come out being able to be summoned ontop of just 1 Galaxy-Eyes.
if you summon Zenmains, I summon Galaxy eyes, summon Neo Galaxy Eyes ontop of it, use its effect, kill Zenmains+attack again for 5500 damage.
it says "If this card was Xyz summoned using "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" as the Xyz material: negate the effects of all other cards on the field." meaning that you only need 1 "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" as it says it in quotes. Reason 1: they probably doing the dark world thing on Neo Galaxy-Eyes. Reason 2: Kaito would never summon 3 Galaxy eyes. Reason 3: Neo Galaxy-Eyes doesnt have 3 heads. Reason 4: Kaito is Yuma's rival and thus would have a card like C39: Hope Ray. having the power to overlay something with 1 card. just like Hope Ray. Edit: guess its safe to do this... Spoiler You CAN summon Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon with just 1 Galaxy-Eyes.
@ Fred Maxed out Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon: 120,000 Atk. can attack 15 times that turn.
*Trolls Fred* Hah! finally Photons get a card as broken as BLS! Neo Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon negates everything on the field... permanently. unless you remove it, or resummon it. and also can attack an unsaid amount of times per turn... it also negates cards like Imperial iron wall or Imperial order... Royal decree... nothing survives Neo Galaxy-Eyes! imagine...a 6000 atk beater with the power to attack 3 times the turn you activate its effect... and you only need to summon Galaxy-Eyes and summon that ontop of it.. its that easy to summon LOL... Say good-bye to effect monsters! they all lose their effect once Neo Galaxy-Eyes gets summoned! >:D
2012 will be the end of yugioh. they are releasing more "SHE" support in Galactic overload... we will be seeing more "SHE" decks around the world... its over...we will all be screwed by the "SHE"!
