well actually i used a max hp code that gave me inf instead >.< kinda messed up my save file because it will be max and inf even if the cheat isnt on but try it it should already be in your codebreaker

no it will only be triggred in first district i've used it
no i dont know it but the flag is better because everytime you step into 1rst district the fight will trigger and the cut scene after will be shorter without it it would only work during the fight and thats it u'd have to restart the game from that save
yeah thats the only thing left or you can start a new game and make a save before the leon fight and it'll work without the flag
