I'm getting a load time of 2.36s on the Spam Zone and 559ms (about half a second) on the Feedback & Assistance forum. That's roughly a 2s difference, which sounds like a lot, but isn't too noticeable on for the end-user; it's certainly not as significant as 20s, which may indicate an issue on your end. The discrepancy is likely caused by the large size of the Spam Zone compared to other sections. The Roleplay Arena has a similar number of posts but isn't a good measure to compare with because they are segmented into sub-sections, unlike the Spam Zone.

This issue will be addressed when we update to XenForo 1.4, which includes some performance improvements & features for large sections and boards.

Furthermore, I'd like to set up caching (if possible, will have to talk to our server guy) this year, which will definitely improve performance & speed.

Obviously I knew this was coming for a bit, but it hurts still to read it. As I told you, Jayn, there's absolutely no feeling of disappointment or resentment here -- I know as well as anyone that life gets in the way of things we want to do or accomplish, and when we re-prioritize, KHV is understandably one of the first sacrifices to make. There's nothing wrong with that and no bad feelings here, ever. Quite the contrary! I've worked with a lot of people over the years and I could never pick favorites, but you are one of the most creative and passionate and talented people I've had the pleasure of working with. It's been an absolute joy and I hope to see you back again someday, when your life situation stabilizes.

I never set deadlines because this sort of stuff isn't really conducive to it. They'll be released when they're ready. I haven't forgotten about KHV's anniversary, just didn't feel a need for a thread when there's nothing to announce or release and it's not a milestone.

Crystal Castles breaking up was a tragedy, especially because I only started listening to them recently and their break up was announced like... at the height of my passion for them. I spent days in mourning. Really interested to hear what Alice Glass puts out though.

families prying into your personal life like this is the actual worst thing and it's so difficult to deal with! like whenever I see my extended family they're always all "you got a boyfriend yet ... ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)" and it's so awkward. luckily both my sisters aren't dating either so we can kind of hide behind each other but sometimes I just want to respond with "nope. how's your marriage working out?" or some other question that will make them feel as awkward as they have made me feel

I'm pretty sure he did. Obviously you don't formally battle him like the others, but after you win his game, a cutscene plays where Sora slices through his cards (and presumably, him), and he fades away.

When I think about it, I'm not terribly surprised that members like Larxene, Marluxia, Zexion, Vexen, and Lexeaus haven't had their previous selves explored more, since they were such significant characters in Chain of Memories. They've had their time to shine, is I guess the easiest way to put it, though I'd especially love to learn more about Larxene's real self. At the very least she could help beef up the series's awful male:female ratio (assuming gender is a constant when becoming a Nobody), and I've read some fairly interesting headcanons over the years about the link between Larxene's sadism and her original self.

That said, probably the member who has been most ignored, to me, is Luxord. We really don't know anything about his past self or his Nobody. He's in KH2 for all of three minutes and I don't think he really had much screentime in Days either. That naturally makes him a bit intriguing but obviously many of the members are overshadowed by the more significant and popular ones.

I do find it a bit weird though, definitely. Before it was released I hoped Days would go into the backstories of the Organization members some more but obviously that didn't happen, which isn't a shot at Days, but for a game that was advertised as being about the Organization, it still left a lot of mystery surrounding several members.
