If we are to believe the leaks from a few months back he' s called Arnaud (which is a 100% male name in France).

Yeah those are nice. If you start from scratch to play the bad karma you' ll definitely notice they' re gone. XD

In inFamous 2 they added a power jump, you get it rather late but it' s a real godsend.

Yeah I figured there was no octocammo given the time period, but I was wondering if the costumes were still there. It' s probably for the best, magically changing your clothes every thirty seconds wasn' t exactly realistic and it got annoying real fast. In PeaceWalker I ended up picking a polyvalent costume and sticking with it.

Which difficulty did you pick ? From easy to normal they' re nearly blind as long as you don' t move. I finished MGS4 with no kill no alert in the highest difficulty setting, their behavior was much more believable (considering Snake was wearing an octocammo).

It' s not an issue exclusive to meat though. Pesticides, GMO, take your pick. Not to mention farming fields are full of animals who get slaughtered in the process. Think you' ve never ate snails ? Ever drank wine ? You' d pretty much have to grow/breed everything yourself to be sure you know what you eat. Easier said than done.

However, no matter how artificial our food has become lately, our life expectancy has dramatically increased in the same time. It' s not all doom and gloom.

Nope. For starters I like the taste. A lot. I don' t eat meat that often though, once or twice a week. I do see the moral issues it rises, but healthy vegetarian diets are super pricey and often taste like crap. I' ll pass. If we eventually manage to make vegetal proteins that are both cheap and tasty I' ll reconsider, but we' re not there just yet.

I don' t remember why Maleficent got mad in the Disney classic, but in the original tale she was upset because the king forgot to invite her to the party. She showed up anyway and found out the king had laid golden presents for every fairy but her. As petty as it sounds, she was a scorned woman in essence. The fairy tale boiled it down to something simple because that' s what fairy tales do, but scorned women is a topic worth exploring. After all, fairy tales are often cautionary tales.

Besides, they all have layers. Sure, Alice in wonderland can be read as an inocent stroll down a pure fantasy world, but when Gotlib decided to make it an analogy about discovering sexuality he pulled it off !

If twisting the original material helps you to expose one of its layers or to make a new one, heh, why not ? There' s a lot of cult movies out there who twisted their original material beyond recognition.[DOUBLEPOST=1395306783][/DOUBLEPOST]
Was she ? Or was she living in a medieval, bigotted society systematically painting unsubmissive women as evil incarnate ? Once you' re deemed to be a witch no matter what you might as well embrace the role.

Think about it for a second, prince "charming" was essentially a rapist, yet he was depicted as a rainbow farter. Maybe Disney was turning the tables on you from starters. Woops, did I just destroy your childhood ? ^^

If I am to believe a previous leak AC3 was meant to be set in the French revolution at first, they changed their mind midway. I' m not surprised it eventually popped up again, it would have been a pity to just throw everything away.

I wonder what the other two could be. Victorian era London would be quite interesting from an architectural standpoint.

I was one of the quiet ones too. Well, depends who was sitting next to me. XD

The last physics teacher I got said in front of the whole class that it was great to have me around because when I don' t understand something it' s written all over my face. ^^''

But yeah, congratulations. It' s indeed a huge confidence boost to ace an exam when you' ve worked hard for it.

Lolwut ? Which country does that ? No no, Germany does have heavy censorship policies on youtube, but they block violence and hate speach in general (because of the nazi debacle), not american stuff in particular.

I remember there was indeed a problem regarding the German market back when the Xbone was anounced, because of its always on internet/kinect policies. Germany cares about polution, machines that can only be put to sleep mode short of unplugging the damn thing are banned there. Not sure how much of that still holds water with the new specs.

If memory serves MS had trouble making as many Xbone as they needed to, they probably decided it was best to prioritize a few countries rather than be out of stock everywhere for some reason. Scandinavians countries aside, wouldn' t the countries left in the dark happen to be the ones with the lousiest internet connexions ?

He definitely got my attention. If anything so far the visual look nice. Burton did become its own trope lately, hopefully he' ll surprise me on that one.

I can' t help grinning at all the snark comments about adaptations. At least half of all the Disney classic are unashamed adaptations, including Alice in Wonderland and Sleeping Beauty. Adaptations aren' t the death of creativity, if anything they' re riskier since a good chunk of their audience will inevitably ***** about their lack of respect for the original material. Which just proves they missed the whole point of the exercise (putting your own spin on it). Maleficent will stand or fall on its own, if it sucks balls I can still go back to the Disney classic.

I thought the same at first, bit of wibley wobley ballooney, I only kept watching because there wasn' t anything better on tv at 2 am. Very hit or miss, but when the tenth doctor came up the show started serializing rather than lining loners and it grew on me. Not exactly my favorite show ever, but it has its moments.

I can' t read your link since it' s a pdf (browsing on my PS3 here), but I take it they merely observed a correlation ? Even assuming their methodology was rock solid, correlation =/= causation. There are lots of pseudo studies blaming video games and movies for this or that going around these days. I haven' t seen any that was really conclusive so far.

Look, some feminists complain that there' s a double standard when it comes to being topless in public, amongst other things. But showing some cleavage just trains men to think of women as mere objects ? Which one is it, make up your damn mind. I' ll stick with the former.
