Decks now a days have way more Spells/Traps than that, really. Lol. And negating isn't really a problem once Decree is down and you're Fusion...

Usually, you wanna dump King Of The Swamp unless you can make a fusion out of it in your hand. You'll get Poly and thin out your deck a bit....
