I watched a lot of Mirror's Edge and now I'm motivated to make an RP similar to it! 8D You can join even though you don't have an idea about the game 83 Plot- The year 2040 (not EVERYTHING will be related to the game) and there lies the shining pride of the city...or so they say. The government has now full authority over everything. Every conversation, text, and messages can and will be monitered at all times. Unless you are a Runner. Runners are the only type of transport to get messages from one place to another. The government gave full access to hunt and kill the Runners. The band of Runners have joined up to rise up against the government threat and see their true motives. Who's Side are you on?- Runners- As explained, the messangers of the time being. They have extreme athletic skills and close range fighting. They also have an obsession for red (don't worry if you don't understand it). Always being hunted down and tracked down. Usually have strange markings on parts of their bodies. Blues- Known as cops, these guys are the local lookouts forthe Runners and other crimes. Nothing too fancy about them except they shoot first, ask questions later. (Dont play as them. They're considered the "cannon fodder" in this RP 8D) EBO- Elite Black Ops. A special police force working for the government. Specialy trained to hunt down Runners with great precision. Unfortunatly, not a lot enter the EBO. Takes a lot of endurance, training, and dedication to get in. How this RP Works- According to the game, you save your sister and stuff right? No. Here, it's mostly sabatoging government projects, nabbing intellegence, and beating stuff up. Most Runners do this type of stuff. The EBO and the Blues search down the Runners and stuff. Simple? She heard about the Runners and wanted to join. 3 years later after a long time of training, she is now a full fledged Runner, the death of her family burning in her mind and driving her motivation far beyond. Mya sighed as she tossed a book aside and sat next to him. More theories and myths about them and all of this crap.
Jane let Mya go and smiled. It's been too long Mya! I haven't seen you in weeks! Mya shrugged. You know. Just stress and- She didn't finish as Jane examined Justin. Hmm? Who's this? Is he your boyfriend? Mya blushed and pushed Jane. N-no! I just met him! Jand giggled. Is that so? Whatever you say.
Sasha sighed and flopped back on a chair, bored.
Mya slowly opened her eyes and jumped back up to a wall immediatly when she saw the ocean in front of her. Wh-what's going on?! I thought I was in the city just a minute ago. She rubbed the back of her head, still aching from the impact of the object falling on her. She stood up and looked around her. She seemed to be in an underwater city. She decided to look around. Maybe even ask why she's here.

Mya chomped on some fish and chicken. Hark smiled. I'm doing very fine. He planted a kiss on her forehead before biting on some ham. Sasha reappeared into the room with a smile. So I hope you all are enjoying yourselves?

Jane turned around and saw her Pidgey. Hey! Don't run off again! She grabbed her Pidgey from the air, then saw Mya. Mya? Is that you. Mya saw Jane and smiled. Hellow Ja- She never finished as Jane tackled Mya with a hug.
Sasha sighed, wondering what to do as she put on her clothes.
Mya continued to run, not caring where she was going, but to get out of his place as fast as she can. She constantly dodged falling debris from buildings. After running a bit, she stopped to catch her breath. Then a chunk of metal broke off from a building and smacked her in the back of her head, knocking her out.
Mya widened her eyes at the principal's decision to punishment. The whole cafiteria? With no powers? B-but sir! This isn't fair! Half of us weren't even involved in the fight. Even so, no powers? This is a ridiculous decision! It would take weeks! Maybe even months! You might as well expel us right now! Her eyes sparked slightly with rage.
OOC: I suppose I had enough stalling DX BIC: Mya looked up at Dementrio and frowned. Is there something wrong?
OOC: Yea Im going to place my character in a parking lot building if you don't mind. BIC: Mya opened her eyes slightly and sat up, scratching her head. What happened? I thought I was at school then all of a sudden- Her mind was interruptedwhen the building shook. She looked around frantically. She looked outside to see a chain of explosions outside. She then looked up to see her building to be bombed. She rolled out of the way of a falling pillar. Gotta get out...fast! She ran for the nearest exit, hoping to find someone to answer her questions.
