KH1: Equip Elixers and maybe Hi-potions if you don't have many elixers, make sure you have Ultima Weapon and try your hardest to get your HP up there, play a couple of times just to examine his fighting style. learn strategies against his attacks and your golden, Lv55-Lv60+ KH2: easiest way is to power-level yourself into the late 80's/early 90's. make sure you level up yor Valor, and master forms as you'll need the abilities to counter some attacks, bring Elixers and Hi-Potions and equip some good abilities, again, learn his attacks and plan against them and you're golden.
