well u need to make a dump of the battle/place/area you are in and then open it with PS2DIS find the pointer for the animations and then copy the pointer and paste it in the search function you will come to the animaiotns list then open the KH model viewer and mod the animations through there.So yeah its pretty hard simply getting started from that point wont do any good so you gotta learn the basics first :P
