Text certainly needs to be more contrastive. Ambience and light is too dark, it needs to be lightened. Background is bland. Needs more effects. Needs to be improved.

Damn, I was in for a bit of a shock when I saw that. It looks awesome though. Looks like something off a horror movie teaser poster. The colour of his skin also casts a dramatic effect, along with the overall dark ambience of it all. Nice work, man.
Super. Damn these character limits
Not too keen on the brushes you've just added, partly because it sort've interrupts the flow. Maybe if you add a gradient to it and change the blending mode to overlay, you might come up with a cooler outcome(I dunno though, I'm just improvising here.) Not to mention that ratchet doesn't really blend well. It's incomplete though, and I'm sure you have that in mind anyway.

Nice, I like it, it's good for the purpose. Only thing that appears off to me, is the fact that the text is hard to make out, make it more contrastive? perhaps, add a different coloured stroke to it. The background also seems pretty out-of-place.

Ansem wasn't scary, in fact, he was usually funny, especially towards the end of the game. If any boss battle was scary, it was the Malificent Dragon, Damn, I spent my days whoring the dodge roll just so I could beat that thing when I was younger.
