You guys might not know this, but aside from being the webmaster of KH-Vids, I am a intense high school wrestler. This is my fourth season. Just got back from my 8 AM practice, and even though it was only an hour long (regular practices are 3 hours), I'd have to say it was one of the longest hours of my life. Here's what our practice consisted of today: * 1 mile run * 1/4 mile sprint * 8 100 yd sprints * 6 80 yd sprints * 1 mile run * 20 pull-ups * 2 minutes hanging on pull-up bar * 5 suicide sprints (basketball court length, long-wise) * 25 pushups(easy, even on the cold concrete outside) * 5 double-legged hop jumps up 20-set stairs (up and down is one) * 5 left-legged hop jumps up 20-set stairs (up and down is one) * 5 right-legged hop jumps up 20-set stairs (up and down is one) * 5 sprints up 20-set stairs (up and down is one) We didn't even wrestle, but that endurance training was more than enough to make us feel like ****. Now I feel ****in' horrid.
And it's been a ****in' long week at that. Can't wait to go out tonight.

Parents can only be so responsible for a kid. Trust me, it's really hard for them. Example... my parents are the greatest in the world (my opinion), but I've done some things that I probably should've thought twice about. In the past three months alone I've had 3 confrontations with police officers, two of which I could've been thrown in the county. We're responsible for our own actions. P.S. What defines "the wrong crowd" anyway? I certainly do not consider myself a delinquent, but I do find that I'm associated with many stereotypical "wrong crowd" behaviors.
