While the original site was opened on the 19th, the forums were not opened until the 28th—as the site has become increasingly forum-centric over the years, we will often celebrate on the 28th. Now, unlike last year, we don’t have a new theme for the site to debut. But that doesn’t mean nothing happened this past year, nor does it mean that there’s nothing to look forward to! This past August saw the biggest change for the site since 2006—we moved to a new forum platform that we have only just cracked the surface of. It has seriously refreshed the site and we’re excited to move even further into its capabilities! We have a lot planned for the next year of KH-Vids, even some things going on now—we’re currently having our third annual Castle Oblivion contest, and we’re cooking up some more exciting events for the New Year, so stay with us. In terms of Kingdom Hearts, we saw the release of Dream Drop Distance, for which we were able to provide a collection of high quality, direct video rips, thanks to Mixt! Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix was also announced, and while we still have no news on a worldwide release, this opens the possibility for even higher quality Kingdom Hearts cutscenes! The biggest news of all is probably the Kingdom Hearts series turning a full decade old—just how old does that make you feel? Every anniversary I reflect upon just how far the site has come, and truthfully, we could not have made it this far without our lovely userbase. Just to clarify, I haven't used iTunes as my main music player in a long time, but after hearing it got a big overhaul I've been giving it a go. And omg. The new Expanded View. Basically it replaces cover flow--you click on an album and it expands with all the tracks. But it also samples the colors from the album cover for the view. It's so neat. Original idea for this thread was Noroz (though I suppose I started it), reposted instead of bumped so I could possibly add rules/guidelines to this if it takes off. A few months ago I decided to have some fun and imitate some of the pictures in Post Your Picture Here. The game is this: someone will post a picture of them making a weird face, in a strange pose, or just generally doing something abnormal. It's up to everyone else to imitate their picture! You are encouraged to match the surroundings and/or clothing as best you can, but a simple pose/facial imitation is fine too! Along with your imitation, you're free to (though it's not mandatory) post your own pose for others to imitate! It's fine if two (or more!) people want to imitate the same picture--encouraged, even!--but try to be fair and make sure each pose gets an imitation before you start repeating excessively. For example, if I wanted to imitate a post from page 5 and we're on page 10, that's fine! Just make sure everyone in between isn't neglected. I used Noroz's picture: Spoiler And ended up with... In today's episode of "Misty is writing a paper and would like some personal accounts to help formulate her ideas," my chosen topic is cyberbullying, with a particular emphasis on online video games (e.g. over Xbox Live, PSN, etc.). I will be using Gamers Against Bigotry and Fat, Ugly, or ****ty as some of my source material, but I'd love to hear about any personal experiences you've had with the issue--from both sides. Some questions to consider... Are there any particular instances that stick out in your mind of either observing bullying online or being the target of it? Can you talk a bit about them? What are the typical insults you hear thrown around? Do you find there is a particular group slinging them (e.g. people on the losing team)? A particular group targeted? Do you, or does anyone you know, shy away from online gaming (especially with strangers) because of the often hostile environment? Have you ever been the aggressor, or sexually harassed someone while playing online? What made you stop, if anything? Do you believe we can (or should) eradicate bigoted language, harassment, or bullying from the online environment? What can companies like Microsoft, Sony, or game developers do to meet the challenge? & any other thoughts you have on the topic. You're welcome to ask some of your own questions, too! Thanks a lot!
I'm trying to get all of the treasure chests in the game and so far I'm good on every world except Dwarf Woodlands--I'm having a lot of trouble locating the last (18th) treasure chest listed in the journal. I'm playing as Aqua. I couldn't find anything online. Anyone know where it is?

This is a great week to be a Kingdom Hearts fan, it seems--on Monday, Kingdom Hearts celebrated its 10-year-anniversary, yesterday Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix was announced (along with a browser game), and now we've got some new Dream Drop Distance play arts! Not long ago we saw Sora and Riku in their TRON outfits, but now we've got them in their regular Dream Drop Distance digs, along with the finished TRON models.
