"It will be a Host Club vacation!" Tamaki declared. He wanted the whole club to be there to enjoy America. He wasn't sure about the idea of bringing guests along with them. It would cost more money, but at the same time, it would be benificial to the club. There was so much to think about and plan. But first and foremost: "I must have a churro! Hikaru, Kaoru, you've heard of them, right? They're like an American delicacy! I have to find out what's so special about them!"

Atreyu had begun to lose track of how long they'd been flying by the time Keiran finally touched ground again. Atreyu got off the Night Fury's back and stumbled a couple steps before gaining his balance back. His legs and back were sore from the effort of staying on the Dragon. His arms felt like noodles and strangely airy when he lifted them to fix his severely wind-blown hair.
After looking around, Atreyu realized he had no idea where he was. It was the Targon Mountains, that was for sure, but he didn't know where in them. It was cold, but not so cold that he wouldn't be able to endure it.
"However long we have to stay here," Atreyu muttered, hugging himself.

It was pretty good. Of course, I love seeing James in anything; but I thought he was really good in this. ^^ Cliche chick flick? Yes. Good anyway? Yes!

Tamaki stood next to Kaoru's bed and put a firm but gentle hand on Kaoru's shoulder. "You're staying here. You're going to push yourself too hard, Kaoru, and then what will your adoring guests do? Your brother is not the only one who needs you. All of us here, and Mori-senpai and Honey-senpai, want you to get well quickly. At this rate, I won't have to bother keeping an eye on you in America when I come along with you all." He smiled a smile that was both cunning and caring. And then, suddenly striking one of his kingly poses he shouted, "I will protect Haruhi from the clutches of you nasty twins! It's my duty as her father!!"

"Come on," Sameire ushered Gemini into the building. "Let's do this quickly. I have a feeling we won't be able to keep our presence here a secret for very long." She had one hand on the hilt of her dagger, just in case, as she headed further into the building. It was dark and hard to see, so she relied on her hearing to find the kids. She was angry and nervous, and that made for a fast heartbeat and rushing adreneline.

"We're leaving?" Ben looked to Nas. "But what about..." Ben sighed. He knew Nas, and knew her well, so he decided not to argue. His smile returned as if nothing were wrong. "Okay! Everybody hold hands and I'll take us back. And remember Addy, don't hold your breath!"

Aduial smiled; she liked the nickname that Ben had made up for her. "I'll remember."

    The Neverending Story

Just finished watching the first one on Youtube. I miss the days when my best friend and I watched these movies at sleepovers. Gosh, it's been a good ten years (maybe more!) since I've seen them!

I will never get over the sheer awesomeness of this movie. Everything from beginning to end caught all of my attention. The art work, the story, the emotion, everything.
Character development was good enough for the depth of the story. Hiccup, obviously being the main character, had a great sense of connection with the audience and reality. Despite the fact that his story takes place so long ago in a time that most people cannot relate to, I think people were able to relate to it. I mean, what kid hasn't tried their hardest to impress their parent and failed, but kept trying? It's something we all do. Hiccup just did it with a dragon.
Another thing I really, super-duper loved about this movie was the dragons. Dragons have always been very dear creatures to me and it never ceased to make me mad when movies only portrayed them as killing machines that were slayed by "heroes." I was touched to finally see a story that portrays dragons as beings with hearts and souls. That's the best part of the movie.

The ending was a shock to me. I knew something had to happen to Hiccup from that fall. I was on the edge of my seat when he fell from Toothless's back, freaking out, and hoping that Hiccup would be okay. Then when I saw Toothless on the ground, curled up, I thought Hiccup was either dead or missing and Toothless was hurt. I'm sure I wasn't the only one in the theater who was crying. It was so easy to form a bond with the two of them throughout the film. That prosthetic leg that Hiccup receives at the ending made my jaw drop. It's an amazing battle scar, and a greater proof of his friendship with Toothless. They are literally made for each other now.
I think everyone who has seen the movie will agree that the most powerful scene is when Hiccup has to lean on Toothless to walk outside and you see Toothless's tail and Hiccup's leg next to each other.
Overall, I would recommend this movie for everyone and anyone who wants to see a great story of friendship and acceptance.
    5 stars!

    National Treasure (the second one)

It was on TV so I watched it. It was okay. Glad it wasn't as predictable as the first one.

"Kaoru! Hikaru!" It was just at that moment that Tamaki came bursting into the room. He took but one second to survey the room and his eyes ended up on Kaoru. His breathing steadied a bit when he saw that Kaoru wasn't as beat up as his imagination had led him to believe. He leaned against the wall, putting a hand on his chest, and took a moment to catch his breath. This whole mess had gotten his mind all aclutter. Sure, the clients of the Host Club were on his mind, but they only came after the safety of his Hosts.
"I'm glad to see you're alright," Tamaki said, gaining back some of his princely composure. He looked to Kaoru as he spoke. "You've had us all quite worried. Mori-senpai and Hunny-senpai stayed back to entertain our guests while we sort this out. You've certainly outdone yourselves this time."
After getting that off his chest, he suddenly remembered Haruhi. Eyes wide and nearly puppy-dog, he turned slowly to the disguised girl. "HARUHIIIII!" Tamaki wrapped his arms around her like a boa constrictor and nuzzled his head against hers. "I was so worried! I thought those nasty twins had done something horrible to you!!"

Maybe it was just a first-impression thing. I really want to be able to take him seriously. Ling is one of my favorites, so I don't want to be giggling every time I hear Todd say a line. (Some of his other roles are Hikaru Hitachiin in Ouran High School Host Club, Watanuki in XXXHolic, Flitt Morris in Black Cat, Ichimokuren in Hell Girl, and Itsuki in Shuffle.)

Yeah, I don't think I like how high May's voice is in either version, but I think it's only like that to portray youth. Not quite sure if it really works though; sometimes it's just a distraction.

Trina and Kenny were very good. I can't wait to see the stuff they do later on in the series.

And I'm just dying to hear Aaron again!!
