And activate its effect, sending A Legendary Ocean to the graveyard to destroy your monster card and your remaining facedown.

Then I set one monster and, if Codarus' effect was successful, enter my battle phase.

If we don't make an accusation, Kira gets himself a free kill out of all the detectives. If we do though, then the list of who could be Kira gets narrowed down.
