@ Fred's field. I summon Dodger dragon, which cannot be negated. if he tries to destroy dodger, he'd need to get around LaDD's effect, resulting in a -1. if he tries to BoM it, I shall activate Forbidden Lance on LaDD. hand 4. he is left with three face-downs, none of which can be counters for the rest of my turn. LaDD is left with 1500 atk. commence attacking LaDD with dodger dragon. if he tries to activate anything, LaDD negates the first thing it sees. if he doesn't activate anything, his field blows up. 100% -2 or more cards from his field. hand still 4. all possible outcomes after battle assuming his hand was 0 after his end phase: no field. one monster. only card left is LaDD. LaDD and one face-down, that one face-down being unactivatable due to LaDD. stardust and two face-downs. two face-downs. stardust. my hand is still 4. move countering Stardust and two face-downs: activate giant trunade for hand 3 - pot of greed for hand 4. creature swap to gain stardust. set three and end. if he summons dodger: chain Imperial order. if he chains MST, I negate with stardust. if he chains another MST, his hand is 0, so he most likely wouldn't do that. he is left with only two dodgers. I have two face-downs. I have no hand and he either sets a card or keeps the remaining card in his hand. hmm.. dodger's continuous effect doesn't leave even if he gets killed.. well, this makes things easier, but I'll just leave this as is for now.

didn't see end phase >.> well, looks like you win again.

Edit: even dark coffin being destroyed by straight flush doesn't work apparently.

Wrong to both. Nobleman of Crossout will be negated by LaDD plus he is a normal spell thus cannot chain to your other stuff, so it is impossible to activate nobleman of crossout while having an active LaDD on your side of the field.
if you chain book of moon, I negate it with Riryoku field. if you chain a counter, i chain counter counter, if you chain another counter, I chain counter counter. gg LaDD.

no, I don't really understand how LaDD + five face-downs can be as unbeatable as Quasar + five face-downs, and Quasar isn't banned, so LaDD shouldn't be either.
simply set five face-downs and a monster then end. since LaDD negates the first thing it sees, you simply just wait for your opponent to activate something or tribute LaDD. if LaDD gets tributed so that none of my stuff gets negated by my own monster, I wont have LaDD anymore. if I activate something, triggering LaDD.. you can just simply try destroying LaDD with offering to the doomed so that it nukes my field. the only option I have would either be to negate your counter trap or let LaDD be destroyed with my entire field. since I was the first to activate something, you'll end up winning the negation war anyway, so trying to stop you is pointless. my field will be nuked either way. if I try to attack your set monster with LaDD without activating anything during my main phase 1, you just let it be destroyed and then chain Nordic Relic Laevateinn to destroy LaDD which still nukes my field. if I don't activate anything and just kept draw/passing, I'll deck out first. I doubt anyone would draw/pass in non-random anyway. this leaves locking someone down with a bunch of Xing Zhen Hus or lowering your hand size during your standby phase the only thing I can do to avoid this happening, and by then I'd be breaking the unbeatable combo rule. since you can do that with Quasar + five face-downs too, and without LaDD negating your first card while doing so, it's not because of LaDD. it's because having your field be a monster that can negate a card + five face-downs making your opponent set five only to be hit by a bunch of Xing Zhen Hus is considered to be unbeatable in general.
it is in fact easier to beat LaDD + five face-downs than Quasar + five face-downs. not to mention you can just tribute LaDD with volcanic queen.
if the five face-downs are all counters, it'll be considered unbeatable regardless of having LaDD on the field anyway.

of course it's splashable. it's not a popular card to use, but it's splashable.

another problem with non-random. it encourages people not to play defensively, leaving you with only one main playstyle. aggressive.
that cuts about an entire half of the game out from non-random, which is why it gets boring after a while. no one plays with a different playstyle. it's all aggressive or you may be considered to be making an unbeatable combo.

Explain to me how a dino rabbit deck would work in here.

Really? Foul play? a card that nukes your entire field if it dies and negates your own stuff is foul play?
as apposed to a Quasar with five face-downs.. Quasar being a card that you actually choose what to negate rather then negating the first thing it sees, and it special summons shooting star dragon when it leaves the field.. that and five face-downs = the same as LaDD + five face-downs but worse. at least LaDD has a drawback when it dies and negates your own stuff as well as your opponent's. he even loses atk when he negates, unlike Shooting Quasar. Quasar being limited is indeed enough, but LaDD does not deserve to be banned.
