Quieeeet, don't go making me dread the price of this any more than I already am

Well, that's that plan. I'm just hoping them putting a piece of titanium in my ear means it stays there more than anything. There's a check-up 2 months after to see if everything's okay, but I need to surgery first. I'm trying to get the price estimate before anything though

It would seem kind of strange if they didn't add mega evolution from now on, since it's almost become a staple overnight. I would like to see older pokemon get new evolutions though, but for crying out loud, no more eeveelutions for a while. I swear, in 4 more generations we're going to have an eevee for every type. At the very least, if they give us one, how about a physical fighter that can actually hold its own.

And the Elite Four thing is another thing that seems to be getting ridiculous. It started only a generation ago, but for some reason it's become a thing for elite four members to only have 4 pokemon. That's not even a challenge. If they're going to give them four pokemon, at least let them get upped to six after you beat the league the first time.

I never noticed about the gym theme though. I think I might want to check that out, just to notice those differences you were talking about. And while they're at it, maybe making the gyms a little more puzzle-like, like they used to be in generations 1-3. I don't know, they seem to have gotten kind of straightforward and boring since generation 4. Not to say they weren't in the first generations, but the ones like Viridian City, Morty's gym, Pryce's gym, and other like that.

If they do add in a challenge mode, which I'm guessing they probably won't, but hey, a guy can hope, I'm hoping they also add additions to gym leaders teams, because that would make the fights more fun than just fighting 2 pokemon in the first 3 gym leaders.

At the very minimum I wish they would increase the amount of pokemon gym leaders had. The whole 2-3 amount for them all is boring.
For your information, I only ever used AR when I've beaten the game. Secondly, I bought the AR long, long after I had beaten Platinum. Third, the only use I had in them was breeding eggs and hatching them faster. How about you not point fingers when you don't know why or when I used it. So yeah, I will keep chuckling, thank you very much.

The only way I could do it from the start was using an action replay, and even then, every time I restarted the game, I had to keep using the AR to get the key, which made it so annoying. Or maybe they could try something new where you could fight trainers three times, one for an easy mode, normal mode, and hard mode. Kind of silly, but it might be something if people wanted to try a gym fight at different difficulties instead of playing the whole game 3 different times. Worst idea ever, I know, but whatever happened to "there are no bad ideas"?

    This made me chuckle.

Fair enough. All the pokemon leveled up so quickly I always thought that it was 100% even for those out of battle. My mistake

I've played every single one of those as well, and I found it to make the game so much easier than anything else. If they're going to keep the exp share the way it is, than I agree with the Easy/Challenge mode, which I was actually thinking about while eating a few minutes ago. That way, anyone who finds the game too difficult still can make it easier, and any who find it easy can up the difficulty. I would personally love being able to do a challenge mode, since that made Black 2 much, much more enjoyable. Except they would have to make the option possible immediately, instead of whatever it was they did in generation V.

I'm not saying take away completely what they had in generation six, I'm just saying remove the ful lexp shared with the group and make it only half. That wya you have a mix of the old and the new. Whether or newer players find it easy or hard is impossible to determine since people play games differently and some might find it easier while others might find it harder.

And if kids are spoiled for options now, it might not be a bad idea to take away some of those options. Sometimes it's not a bad idea and limit options at times to make a game more interesting. There's so many viewpoints in relation to gaming that it's impossible to just pick one and win. Maybe they chose what the majority said, but that doesn't mean they can't add in something for the minority. That's why they have compromising. Also, kids these days are too lazy, and if the game is too hard, maybe they shouldn't play games at all anyways. Whether or not that's how the world works doesn't change my thoughts on that.

And having more pokemon means it's going to take longer to train everything, regardless of what you do. And I never said it didn't work the way it wasn't intended, it just made the game too ridiculously easy, and if anyone disagrees with that, they haven't played enough games to know the difference.

I'm just hoping they fix the broken use of exp share. It was too easy to become over leveled too fast in generation six. If they let everyone use it like before, at least halve the amount they receive and not the full amount.

I'm guessing Ratatouille had something to do with the squeaker.

I'm sure the dog is the first normal type, since usually you'll always see them out and about now. Which also means it's most likely going to be the newest HM slave, being Cut/Rock Smash/Strength. Oh, and Flash if they're annoying enough to add in a cave that uses it

Trust me, that pictures isn't what it looks like, at least for me. Mine looks more like a bunch of eggs got hard-boiled all over my ear.

Apparently I found out I have Cholesteatoma and now have to get surgery to remove it. It's already eaten away at the bones in my ear, which explains a good chunk of why I can't hear out of my right ear anymore. Now I need to get a titanium piece put in to replace to bones, and hope that after the surgery I don't get to be one of the unlucky ones where brain fluid leaks out, as well as being unlucky enough for it to come back in 5-10 years. How is it I'm always with the unlikely events?

Raisor began humming his own tunes, while taking aim at the shadow blot and firing. He preferred to be up close and personal in fights, but taking this break while shooting was nice for a change.

OH look, Battlefront has become the new Battlefield/CoD without any of the story elements.

I honestly don't see why they'd make a new game every year. It was decent on the ps2, but after the second game, it just didn't feel like anything new could be added to it.

Look on the bright side, you probably stayed up so much that once you finish your exam you're going to plop on your bed and sleep the next 48 hours away. Too bad that never makes up for the sleep you've lost though. Once that's gone, you're body isn't getting it back.

Well, if you prefer to wonder around everywhere and lose some minutes, that's okay, but I'll stick with the faster way.

At this point though, pretty much all HM moves have become pointless as of generation six. Heck, there's not even 8 HMs anymore, just 5. Soon enough all of the moves will probably become TMs. Cut wasn't used for anything in X/Y outside of a few items, Strength was only used to get out-of-the-way items, or unblock the short path through Victory Road, which I don't get why you'd use in the first place if you had Fly, Surf was pointless outside of the tiny stretch of water, Waterfall is used once, and that's probably just because it's become a staple to use waterfall to reach Victor Road, and Fly is the only thing of use still that gets used all the time. I remember when HMs meant something, now they just feel like they're there because the games have always had them.

Maybe generation 7 will do something about these pointless HMs, or just make them all TMs.

If people think Hoenn was too much, they should try to find a middle-ground where there's about 70% more surfing than in Sinnoh and 30% less than Hoenn. X and Y murdered the surfing having only that tiny stretch of water which was pointless really. Unova was pretty bad too, having almost next to nothing. I think there was more in Black2/White2, but I can't remember
