(Checked on all covers on the net and my cousins DVD) Disney does not sponser the movie nor the game (the nightmare before christmas video game) Anyone is free to check this out if they want. Also the nightmare before christmas Wikipedia does not state disney anywhere. Also Disney has a TNBC Poll asking people if they wish for this title to be released on disney dvd so untill that happens TNBC is tim burton (c) Touchstone Pictures.
