I wok as an Implementer. It means I also have to do computer graphics. I enjoy it and we get free fruit and dress down on Fridays along with a free cream cake (kills all the good intentions of the free fruit).

It's intelligent in that it is getting people to think and discuss how the public can over-react to a seemingly harmless act or item just because of hype. Death Note is a cartoon and not based in any reality but sadly people in the real world are becoming so paranoid that if there is any excuse to ban something or pronounce it evil they will. You have to question whether this is really the right course or whether it should be ignored. On the opposite end of the scale there is a fear of terrorism and personal safety but I can still buy fireworks easily enough and as a kid I played with toy guns. A fake Death Note is a game or prop, not a real kill list.
There is no age limit. If you like it then watch it. The only limit I put on animé is I don't watch the gory or adult stuff when little kids are around. Any age should be able to enjoy watching what they like. I have a career, study in the evenings, have a social life and still love animé so I guess I break that mould.
That is true of many bacteria such as Listeria and Salmonella. Not every strain of Staphylococcus is deadly or even harmful. The unfortunate thing is MRSA is a particularly nasty strain and people tent to associate the name Staphylococcus with this. Staphylococcus contains strains that are naturally present on your skin and those aiding the formation of spots.
