It's this seed pod thing some plants have, I forgot the name of it. But the holes and seeds look like that when you look at the pod directly from the bottom. All the person did was take the holes and seeds from a picture of the seed pod and put in on a picture of a girl. Really really simple. Though I have to say, this one in particular was done very well.
It looks like the UK has a little less then 23 hours to make some changes.
