How can you tell if he is IP blocked?
Normally I would just ignore them, ut my parents have been dead for a couple weeks now, and when they insulted it feels ten times worse then if they were insulted while alive.
He has just insulted my parents.

I am glad he is gone, his insults were getting annoying.
