I'm also unsure about how exactly we're defining 'casual' here, as it's a quite heated term within the gaming community and a division that I absolutely don't wish to uphold. I'll take it, therefore, as most seem to within this thread, as games we play casually, in which case the only that comes to mind is Flow. The mobile game, where you make the pipes between the colored dots? Yeah. I suppose it isn't quite fair to say I play it casually as I'm overcoming an addiction to it, but it's my go-to when I'm just laying about and need to kill some time. This may be a strange answer but I also consider Shadow of Mordor a casual game for me. I don't play it often, but if I have an hour or so to kill, I'll load it up and take out a few Orcs.
ignore me, thinkin' about music you know, i foray into electronic & related quite often and i do love it but i always always always find myself returning to indie music. it is my home, where i feel most comfortable and most me. and, i realize that 'indie' is a remarkably broad term that today means very little of anything -- especially when my application of it covers simple, classic indiepop to to rock to punk to some electronic stuff, too. but it's a feeling, an atmosphere, a community, a sort of indescribable force that we try to capture under 'indie' and i suppose it's nice to finally define that.
i'm only glad i got the application fees waived because otherwise this whole process would have run me several hundred dollars the ap scores are totally a business but transcripts have all been from/to state schools. which, the american gov't & education system is run like a business so i'm not surprised but still. **** man
i just had to pay $30 to send my AP scores from high school to colleges this is on top of the $40 i paid in getting my college transcripts **** transferring
It's Tuesday and you know what that means...! For Episode #90, we go totally 90s in our discussion on Spiritual Successors, chatting about the return of 3D Platformers heralded by the Yooka-Laylee Kickstarter! The Banjo-Kazooie spiritual successor, in a remarkably successful crowdfund, reached its goal in under an hour and has since shattered its stretch goals. @Misty, @libregkd, and @Calxiyn share their thoughts on the game, cite some games we'd like to see spiritual successors for (Silent Hills), and successful spiritual successors of the gaming industry (Mass Effect, Assassin's Creed, Shadow of the Colossus, and more!). As per usual, we also answer user-submitted questions! @Quilligan asks us to write/direct our own TV show, @Scarred Nobody asks about Kingsmen: The Secret Service, and we design costumes for an elite team of fighters (ending in an exultation of cosplay)! Please support and participate in the KH-Vids Podcast by leaving us a comment, answering our user-submitted questions, submitting to be a guest, or sending in questions of your own -- and have a Kingdom Hearts day! That's probably the issue; I imagine the tool is designed only to use the audio it extracts. I haven't used @Daydreamer 's extractor in years, but you can probably use the raw video it extracts and mux your audio over the video in any video editor.
I know everyone isn't happy with Robomodo developing the game and for good reason, but as I understand it they've patched THPS HD to fix the physics issues. I have faith they can deliver something good; I don't think the series will ever return to the glory of THUG and American Wasteland, but as a fan I'm happy to see it make a return. The graphics aren't stellar but they're what I expect from a cross-gen game... and these games were never really lookers in the first place. Glad to see a Warehouse level, too, and I'm pumped to hear the soundtrack. I'm also aware that people have expressed concern over what exactly this means: But let's remember that, firstly, 'projectiles' doesn't necessarily mean guns and ****. Secondly, it won't be the first time you can shoot projectiles -- I actually really enjoyed Firefight mode! (Although it has nothing on Horse or Graffiti.) The series has always had weird modes and missions and I imagine this will be a part of it. Probably won't buy day one just because lol paying $60 for a Tony Hawk game, but I'm excited.
I DIG IT
what's a forum
actually tbh I'm not usually a fan of 3D -- but I watched these trailers in 3D (theater privilege yo) and damn it was worth it
