Jeffrey slurped up some ramen. "I guess I could stay," he replied, shrugging. "Sora's right about Riku's heart needing to be there, and I did less of the work than Val the last time. Out of the four of us, I'm the one with the least need to go."
"We finally meet up again, and the first thing on your mind is food?" Kairi asked jokingly. She heard her stomach growl. "Not that it's not true..." "I think it's time for all of us to get some food," Jeffrey said.
Kairi still had Destiny's Embrace summoned in case she needed to help. Eden's magic is so strong... she thought to herself. I don't think I've even seen Sora hold something like this up for so long. "Well, whatever it is," Jeffrey said, "let's hope we don't get fried by it!"
That's unfortunate. But if you ever want to come back to the RP, you can do it at any time. :3
Jeffrey laughed at Valerie's reference. He scanned around the area. "I don't see any trees, or anything," he said. He squinted a bit. "Is it just me, or is there something black all along the horizon over there?"
Jeffrey rushed over and put Sora's arm over his shoulders. "We better find somewhere to rest," he said. "Quickly," he added.
"I should have some left," Kairi replied. "But I don't know how many spells I can cast or how long I can hold one." Jeffrey walked over to them, still panting. "Well, I guess we won," he said, "but he can still attack us later..."
Jeffrey ran behind Gregory, and cast another multiple-stone Earth spell. He launched most of them at the man, saving a few in case he dodged the attack. Kairi couldn't help but agree with Eden. "Maybe we should rest for now, even if we can't do anything about food."
Jeffrey summoned a wall of stone in front of him and the others. The feathers lodged into the rock, just barely stopping the feathers. Jeffrey pushed his glowing hand forward, shattering the wall and sending the shards at Gregory.
Panicking, Jeffrey struck his katana into the ground. This better do something... As if answering his thoughts, and large stone erupted from the ground and hit Gregory. That won't hurt him much, but it still helps...
"Not so fast!" Jeffrey shouted, a cloud of dust coming into the Ship from the outside. I'm getting a hang of this magic! He turned to Valerie. "We can't let him mess up the Ship any more than already, and it'll be easier to fight outside!"
"Maybe..." Kairi muttered to herself. Holding out her hand in the sludge, she summoned Destiny's Embrace. The light created from the Keyblade destroyed some of the sludge; unfortunately, more sludge just came to fill the empty space. "Well, it was worth a shot..."
Jeffrey drew his katana. He stood a bit in front of Sora, making sure that the baby would be safe. "It used to be knee-deep, and now it's almost up to our faces," Kairi replied. "That counts as worse in my book."
Jeffrey could still feel his head spinning. "What happened?" he asked. Kairi waded through the Darkness sludge with Eden and Gexln. "It just gets worse as we got closer, doesn't it?"
