wat. The additional effect is for Exceeds. Banishing other stuff still has benefits. Opening direct attacks, erasing stat boosts, perma effects, killing equips, even opening a way through Secret Village, etc.
... What. Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon is good. What are you smoking? The effect isn't stupid broken, but it's not incredibly weak either. And everyone runs it in Disaster as a 3000 ATK beater that doesn't have flavor text.
