Yeah... It stinks. I hate the doctor. (xDD Thanks.)
"...Okay," Kairi said. She wasn't sure she liked the way this was going, but she somehow knew she and Sora would overcome it. They were strong as people, but even stronger as a couple. Surely if this was something that had to deal with their relationship, they could overcome it. Right?
Nothing really. I didn't go to my appt., simply because I was feeling so sick that we had to reschedule. Thank goodness I feel better now. Dx
Kairi's small smile dimmed at the tone of Sora's voice, the girl glancing up at him from under her thick lashes. "Do you want to talk about it?" she asked quietly. If he did, she was there of course. But if not, then she would leave him be. She promised not to talk about the mission, and if there was something else that he didn't want her to talk about, she would comply. It was better for Sora that way.
Hi there. =)
Kairi let the silence linger for a bit longer, her eyes on her hand that was lightly against Sora's chest. Her shyness was still apparent on her face, the girl trying to calm her warm cheeks. But she spoke anyway, curious. "So...why were you?" Kairi asked softly, referring to why Sora was staring at her before. She wasn't expecting a big answer, because usually it was just because they liked looking at each other. There was nothing wrong with that.
=) Well I have to get going now, so I'll hopefully see you later. Bye!
Kairi's smile grew a little more, the girl glancing back up at Sora before her eyes found her hand again. They sometimes did do that same thing together, and she knew it was because they loved something about the other. It was just how they were; they had always been like that, really.
Somewhere around there would be good, yeah. xD
A timid smile appeared on Kairi's face, the girl glancing up at Sora under her lashes at his chuckle, but then her eyes went back down to his chest. "Sorry. I didn't mean to stare," she said, speaking her mistake out loud. Sometimes that happened simply because of the brightness in Sora's eyes, not usually like now, when she had something on her mind and forgot what she was doing.
Too early. xD My appt. isn't until 6 my time, but I have things to do here before then.
Kairi realized after a moment that she was staring, and once she saw the look on Sora's face, she lowered her sight in both shyness and embarrassment that Sora caught her in the act. She let her eyes rest on her hand that was against Sora's chest, trying to calm the blush that had crept up on her face.
No idea, actually. =/
Kairi smiled softly at the look on Sora's face, his words making her know that she shouldn't have felt guilty over the fact that he was with her. She was curious about how he was feeling, but if he got a good night's sleep, like he said, then he probably wasn't doing so bad. Kairi knew that if her concerns got too bad, she would ask, but otherwise she wouldn't speak about it.
Yeah. =) Btw, I have a doctor appointment soon, so I'll have to get off here in a little bit.
Once Kairi heard his response and felt his eyes on her, she lifted her own to meet his. "Thank you," she said softly, "for last night. I appreciate it." Sora had comforted her through an awful dream, but she slept peacefully once he was with with her. She felt the need to express her gratitude, so she did.
Convenient. xD Sounds good to me, but do you think we should have Sora (and Kairi, maybe) sit down and talk with him about it first? Since Riku is...
Kairi felt the small silence fall between her and Sora, though she found that she had something that was left unsaid last night. Right before she fell asleep, she couldn't find the energy to express her gratitude, so she did it now. "...Sora?" she called softly, her eyes staying on his chest for the moment.
Yup, sounds good. By the way, what are we gonna do with Riku anyway? xD
Kairi's faint smile grew a little, the girl lowering her sight back to Sora's chest again. "That's good," she replied quietly. If he hadn't gotten a nice rest, she would have felt guilty; he stayed with her, after all.
