She would kill them all then find a way to get people out of the void. She had had enough of this crap. Lea actually believed in her and helped her when she needed it and she wasn't going to abandon him. Not to mention she was there and wasn't able to stop some of the other incidences. Then he told her she couldn't fight and Beuce agreed. Karina just let out a bitter laugh. "He is going to disappear before we regroup. There is no waiting." She said as Luther continued trying to sow doubt between all of them. She didn't care about who the traitor was, was wasn't going to let him turn them against each other. Karina didn't put her keyblade down, actually instead she attacked. Luther was talking and he wasn't getting out of there without a scratch on him. She knew that she was injured and not at top shape and that it would hinder her, but she wouldn't just let Luther get away with this. She would fight tooth and nail if she had to. "Not everyone is a traitor like you!" She cried as she brought her keyblade down towards Luther, putting all her force behind the attack. Hopefully it was enough to at least get him to shut up for a while.

Kel's joke didn't make her feel much better, but AJ's healing at least helped slightly. Karina gave a nod of thanks to him. Before she could really be interested in the fight below, someone appeared behind her. Karina turned and her eyes narrowed. "You have a lot of nerve showing up here. I saw you, you know. I know that you were fighting the rest of our friends. So what the hell happened? What happened to Lea. Tell me that and I might consider letting you walk out of here alive." Karina threatened as she summoned her keyblade and pointed it at Luther. For as brief as it was, the Black Coats were her responsibility, and she still felt the need to take care of them, and to do that she had to take care of him. "Give me one good reason not to kill you now." She threatened knowing her friends would back her up if she needed it, but she didn't think she did to take out Luther.

Karina just looked over her shoulder at Stratos who gave her a thumbs up. "For someone who looks like he has no meat on his bones, he sure managed to stay standing for a while." Karina retorted as she tried to push herself to her feet and failed. "Kick ass out there. If I can't win, one of us better. After all, we can't let the jackass win." She referred to Jeckt. That was the last thing she wanted. There was even a small smile on Karina's face before she got teleported out of the arena and back to the viewing area where everyone else was waiting. "I blame you entirely." She said to Kel. He pushed her to the point that she was running on fumes, as Stratos so eloquently put it. She only had him to thank as she struggled back to her feet at last in a great amount of pain. At least she managed to keep it from her face though as she glanced around to see who else was in the room, if Fang or Vincent were waiting there.

Karina breathed in heavily as Stratos seemed not overly effected by her attack. Karina cursed quietly to herself as she lost track of the boy, only finding him in time to hear "calibur." Putting up her keyblade Karina attempted to block the attack to the best of her ability, but given her weakened state, she couldn't block it fully. The attack sent Karina flying back and skidding across the ground painfully as she groaned for a moment. Red flashed in her eyes as she grit her teeth, pushing herself to her feet once more, this time barely standing. "I'm not done yet." She spoke out nearly yelling at that point. One last battle cry as cherry peddles fell around her and she disappeared for a near moment before she reappeared standing on the other side of Stratos, a trail of Cherry peddles the only sign of where she had been and the cut that she had made across Stratos. Though she didn't remain standing for long as she fell to one knee. If that attack didn't do it, then she was done. She had no more strength to stand back up. If Stratos had managed to stay standing, she knew he would have won, despite everything she had put into that battle. And strangely enough, Karina wasn't as mad about that idea as she thought she should be.

"You talk what like you are just finding this out now. I thought you knew me better than that Stratos." Karina countered as she attempted to jump out of the way of the light barrier he charged at her with, though it still clipped her, at least she didn't take the bunt of it. Similar to the fight with Kel, but instead of slashing with an icy sword, he used his foot covered it water. "Were you watching my last battle. I learned from the fight with Kel already." She stated as her arm went up to protect her side. It still hurt but it was better than being winded. Karina knew however she wouldn't be able to block another attack like that if she wanted to keep fighting. In fact she couldn't take many more attacks at all if he kept fighting like that. She had to get this over with now. Karina suddenly disappeared from where Stratos had struck her. Suddenly a dark streak went flying towards him, then another, then another. Karina was moving fast enough that her armour was a blur as she struck before finally landing slightly away from him, ramming her keyblade into the ground where a column of darkness shot at Stratos. With her power aura at full strength Karina knew the damage would rival that of the finishing attack against Kel, this time however not dealing as much damage to herself, but she didn't have the extra stamina to waste on that this battle. If she didn't wrap this up in a round or two she would lose, and that wasn't okay with her.

Stratos tried staying away from her as he shot magical attacks towards her. Unfortunately the type of magic he was using was hard to avoid, meaning she just had to get close to him. Karina ran through her few ways of doing it. One was more obvious, and she didn't want to pull it too soon again. Instead she ran forward a few feet right into the thunder bell. As it hit her, she jumped into the air, coming down on Stratos with a downwards slash, before moving to the side and slashing again. In total she attacked six times from various directions. In the back of her mind she wondered if Vincent was still watching the matches. He was, after all, the one who had taught her to do such a move back in Beasts Castle. The thought of that only drove Karina more. She had failed to stand up for herself and fight against her father, and data version or not, Vincent paid the price. Now she refused to lay down and die without a fight again. Though it wouldn't effect anyone too directly this time, she knew it wasn't an option, and never would be. She was, after all a fighter first and foremost, and this was just a warm-up for what was to come. She would win this whole damn tournament. Prove her worth to be in the group, and maybe even prove herself as more than just a hopeless fool to Beuce. Karina's aura flared around her as she prepared for the next attack.

After Kel was teleported out of the ring, Karina dropped to her knees for a moment, trying to ease her own pain to little avail. Closing her eyes, Karina took a deep breath, needing a break. However instead of the much needed break, she opened her eyes to the walls coming down and Stratos standing in front of her. It was painful to just rise to her feet as she stared at Stratos who so casually stood there. "I appreciate the gesture." She said coldly, glaring up at the announcers as Statos held his keyblade out, letting it transform. Meanwhile Karina's aura still radiated out from her. A green light surrounded Karina as she used her own small amount of magic to take away some of the pain so she could keep going. From there dark armour started to form over her, Oblivion seemed to become sharper, and darkness mingled with the aura of power around her. "You might look like you haven't had a single real fight yet, but that won't stop me from beating you. After all you need the advantage." At this point Karina was just playing cocky. The last battle nearly did her in, having to fight someone at full strength was daunting enough, not to mention that she had never quite figured out what his fighting style was. Stratos had held his own during the battle with the thousand or so heartless, and that was enough to prove it would be a difficult battle. "Let's do this."

Kel conceded this one time and Karina gave him a cocky smile as she stood over him. "You speak like this was a fluke and I couldn't do it again. You better watch your back Kel, I am not willing to lose that easily." Karina said as she watched Kel stand up again. She had to admit that she was impressed that he could. Every part of her wanted to collapse in pain. She didn't know if he could read that on her face, but she had punished her body far more than she intended in that battle and was feeling it. It was only sheer force of will that kept her standing. She wanted to make sure the officials declared her the winner before she allowed herself a rest. But even standing there, taunting Kel, her legs shook. "Good fight." She managed to wheeze out, the pain now apparent in her voice.

As Kel seemingly disappeared into thin air, Karina smirked. She was familiar with this move, and it was going to hurt, but not nearly as much as she was going to hurt him. As she felt the sting of Kel's keyblade connect to her, Karina started to spin her keyblade. She could feel the strength being sucked from her at an alarming rate. Her body was taking punishment for this attack, but as Karina thrust her keyblade forward to meet Kel in the middle of his own attack. As she did a burst of power errupted from the tip of her keyblade as not only did she use one of the most powerful and physically dangerous attacks she knew, but the extra power that Kel felt came from the magnifying effect that Karina used on her attack. If this didn't work, she probably couldn't survive another attack, so she hoped that it would. "It's finished." Karina whispered, a fire still in her eyes as she was not ready to take a loss as an option, despite the pain she felt.

There was no way to dodge around waves of water, but at least Karina was able to stand strong against it and keep herself from being pushed away by the force of the waves. After that she didn't move again. Karina stayed staring at Kel as a powerful aura surrounded her and she seemed to be concentrating on it. She didn't bother to acknowledge Kel at all or whatever he was doing next, she seemed to just be in her own world preparing as the aura around her built and built. Slow as it might have been the building of her aura and strength could soon be felt in the arena as she glanced up, fire in her eyes, ready for what was next.

Karina didn't try and get out of the way of the next attack. She didn't have time to do that even if she tried. Instead Karina waited. The barrier crashed into her and she gritted her teeth against it. Through gritted teeth however, Karina smiled as she looked at Kel. It was at that moment he might have seen her keyblade was not in her main hand. Instead Karina wound up for a punch as she smashed her fist into him to send him flying back. She only smirked as an explosion accompanied the punch, moments later when he was away from her. "Nice try Kel." She said starting to feel somewhat confident in her abilities to think ahead and out think Kel on this battle.

Kel certainly didn't hold back when he made his move. While Karina was preparing for it, even at her best she barely managed to deflect the blade and send it off to the side. That didn't stop the ice that coated the blade from chipping off and embedding itself in her shoulder. Karina tried not to wince because she didn't get this chance often. With Kel not having his keyblade in hand, she had to take advantage of that before he had a chance to summon it back to himself. There was only one thing that she could think of that would allow her to move that quickly, and honestly Karina didn't want to use it so early in the match, but she had to strike while the iron was hot. With the split second she had, Karina slowed time as she launched herself forward to do an attack she was sure that Kel was familiar with. Zantetsuken was perhaps an obvious choice, but whatever worked, worked.

"I wouldn't expect differently." In fact if Kel didn't put up a fight, she would be disappointed. Karina gave herself a moment to breath. She closed her eyes and lifted her face to the sky, just breathing in before taking on a part of her that she often tried to forget. Embracing all she knew of being a soldier, she put it into her fighting, her strategy. Living with her father taught her much, even if he didn't wish her to practice the art that he perfected. She had picked up much of his planning and strategics, but tried to forget that part of her life when she left. Now however, she let some of those idea's come flooding back. She remembered that taking the first move was not always the best move, stead, Karina found herself slowly moving around Kel. She wanted to see if he would take the first swing, giving herself time to block and counter. Offense wasn't always the best move. It was time to accept the part of herself that knew how to do things without it being driven by anger. How long this strategy would last, she didn't know, but she wanted to at least try. "Well?" She said trying to goad Kel into taking the first move.
