The designs behind her and tatoos are amazing. The bedsheet/dress/whatever how it stretches across the paper looks soooo cool. o: imo, her face looks a little off. I think its the nose and mouth. Just off position a bit or not big enough. Asdide from that, this is majorly badass.

Pen tooling and lighting on the right side are amazing. It just teems very bland. Add some gradients to mess with the color a bit if you can. There's no real specific depth to this, but I like it so far. Keep adding some touch-ups to it.

I'm not big on these. Some of the gradients mess up the characters, but the least you could've done is add backgrounds to them. Cecil 1 and 2 and Garbanth look like nothing's been done to them. Whatever you did to Ultimecia, do it again. Dont be afraind to just use some filter effects too.
Well the blue one IS the best imo. The other two are eeeeeh. Both are too blurry and dont have the same lighting in the background as the blue one. I really shouldnt give CnC if all you did was you dl'd brushes and slapped em on a black background. If you really wanna get into that stuff, you can read some tuts and make that stuff from scratch AND better.
Too. Much. Red. Set that red layer's opacity donw ALOT. Also, don't be afraid to add some effects and textures. Use some gradients if you want, but remember, dont go overboard like you did with the red layer.
